Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine gasdurchströmte Zerkleinerungsmaschine mit einem rotierenden Schlagradsystem. Zur Zerkleinerung des Aufgabeguts wird dieses axial in den Zentralbereich des Schlägerrades gefördert, dort umgelenkt und in radialer Richtung den kranzförmig um das Schlägerrad angeordneten Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen zugeführt. Um eine über die Länge der Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge gleichmäßige Abnutzung zu erzielen, sind mindestens zwei in der Tiefe des Zerkleinerungsraumes axial gestaffelte Prallflächen angeordnet, wobei die in axialer Förderrichtung nachfolgende Prallfläche über die axiale Projektion der vorhergehenden Prallfläche übersteht. Zusätzlich offenbart die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der Größe und Position der Prallflächen einer erfindungsgemäßen Zerkleinerungsmaschine.
