Description
Claims (6)
- Binärer elektrisch ansteuerbarer fluidischer Leistungsverstärker,mit einem elektrisch ansteuerbaren Ventil (10), wobei mittels des elektrisch ansteuerbaren Ventils (10) ein Steuerdruck an eine druckbeaufschlagbare Membran (16a) eines Druck/Kraft-Wandlers (16) durchschaltbar ist, und mit einer starren Stange (18), die mit ihrem einen Ende an die druckbeaufschlagbare Membran (16a) angekoppelt ist und durch die die von der druckbeaufschlagten Membran (16a) des Druck/Kraft-Wandlers (16) abgegebene Kraft abgenommen werden kann und an ein fluidisches Relais (20) übertragen werden kann, an dem die abgegebene Kraft als mechanische Schaltkraft wirksam ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starre Stange (18) an ihrem vom Druck/Kraft-Wandler (16) abgewandten Ende an einer Membran (20a) von zwei Membranen (20a, 20b) eines Doppelmembranrelais (20) angekoppelt ist.
- Leistungsverstärker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Doppehnembranrelais (20) als 3/2-Wegeventil geschaltet ist.
- Leistungsverstärker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fluidische Relais (20) als Schieberventil ausgebildet ist.
- Leistungsverstärker nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrisch ansteuerbare Ventil (10) auf ein diskretes Signal im Bereich von etwa 5 bis etwa 50 mW anspricht.
- Leistungsverstärker nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des fluidischen Relais (20) ein Volumenstrom von mindestens etwa 100 l/min bei einem Druck bis etwa 10 Bar schaltbar ist.
- Leistungsverstärker nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittels des elektrisch ansteuerbaren Ventils (10) durchschaltbare Steuerdruck in der Größenordnung von einem Bar liegt.
