Abstract

Eine Verschattungsvorrichtung zum Ausblenden von direkt einfallendem Sonnenlicht weist mehrere rohrförmige Verschattungselemente (10) auf. Die Längsachsen (14) der Verschattungselemente (10) sind parallel zur Erdachse geneigt, so daß Öffnungen (16) der Verschattungselemente (10) nach Norden (N) ausgerichtet sind. Die Verschattungselemente (10) sind aus absorbierendem Material und in Richtung der Längsachsen (14) in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene gestaffelt angeordnet. Durch eine derartige Verschattungsvorrichtung wird aus einem unter einem Fenster (12) angeordneten Raum direkt einfallendes Sonnenlicht ausgeblendet. Dadurch kann durch die Öffnungen (16) der Verschattungselemente (10) diffuses Sonnenlicht in den Raum gelangen. Durch die Verschattungsvorrichtung wird ein Aufheizen des Raums sowie die Blendwirkung durch direkt einfallendes Sonnenlicht verhindert.
