Abstract
Description
The invention relates to dispensers for soap powder for metered sprinkling
or the like. of soap powder on the hand according to the preamble of
In gewerblichen bzw.
For hygienic reasons, liquid soap from various versions of liquid soap dispensers is often used instead of bar soap. In commercial or public washrooms, the use of liquid soap dispensers is common, since regulations prohibit the use of bar soap. Occasionally you will also find devices for scraping off a bar of soap, which prevents the bar from being touched by hand.
Because of the more favorable properties, such as degradability, one would like to use soap powder; however, there is obviously a lack of practical, inexpensive dosing dispensers for this. The use of soap powder would also offer itself because the properties of the soap powder, in particular the free-flowing properties, have improved in recent years as a result of new production processes.
The previously known designs according to US 2,681,169, FR 934 501, DE 17 79 727 and DE 26 46 882 are dispensers, but not metering dispenser devices, ie a closure is opened when actuated and soap powder runs out until the opening is closed. A lot of effort is often made to prevent the soap powder from bridging. The designs are complicated and expensive.
The version according to DE 35 11 507 is suitable for dispensing large quantities and is intended for washing powder for washing machines. A disadvantage of the design is that both openings are open during the lifting of the closing piston from the lower to the upper position, as a result of which the metering is inaccurate and the metering of small quantities is impossible.
The object of the invention was to provide a dispenser for soap powder ask who does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and and is just as easy to use as the known dispenser for liquid soap.
This task is solved by a donor as presented in
Accordingly, there is the dosing dispenser for soap powder for dosing sprinkling Soap powder or the like on hand from a dispenser part, a container and one Holder, wherein the dispenser part can be integrated or detachable in the container. The bottom of the dispenser part has one or more scatter holes that are wide or Diameters have a dimension at which the soap powder escapes through bridging is prevented, preferably the width of the openings is a maximum of 3 mm. Furthermore, the dispenser part has a metering slide doctor with one in the direction of actuation squeegee surface in front of the scattering holes. The metering slide doctor in turn has elevations directed towards the interior of the container, then an actuating surface and finally a return spring.
In an advantageous embodiment, the metering slide doctor is arranged obliquely or has sloping upper surfaces.
The metering slide doctor blade preferably has an opening which is in the basic position next to the scatter holes in the direction of the actuating surface, the width of the opening is so large that there is no bridging of the soap powder depending on the consistency of the soap powder, the width is at least about 4 mm. The scatter holes are covered by the metering squeegee. When the donor is activated, the Free scatter holes and the squeegee surface sweeps over the scatter holes.
More preferably, the metering slide doctor is curved and around one The pivot point is pivotally mounted, the bow being directed upwards or downwards can.
More preferably, the bracket is designed so that they stand on a surface can.
The dispenser for soap powder according to the invention is extremely suitable for solving the task. It can be manufactured economically and is just as easy to use as the known dispenser for liquid soap. It prevents the soap powder from bridging in the storage container and, due to the inclined surface, prevents the metering slide from becoming jammed due to soap powder that has remained. When actuated, he sprinkles a certain, relatively small amount of soap powder onto the actuating hand. It is immaterial whether the container containing the soap powder can be refilled or replaced by a filled container.
The holder can be designed as in the known dispensers for liquid soap or so that the dispenser can stand on one surface.
Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind zusammenfassend darin zu sehen, daß die Ausführung nicht nur ein Dosieren, sondern ein flächiges Streuen von Seifenpulver ermöglicht, aus wenigen einfachen Teilen besteht und wirtschaftlich herstellbar istThe advantages achieved by the invention can be seen in summary in that the execution not only a dosing, but a scattering of soap powder enables, consists of a few simple parts and is economically producible

entsteht, bevorzugt mindestens etwa 4 mm.
In the figures 1 to 8, a dispenser for soap powder for metered sprinkling on the hand is shown, which consists of a dispenser part (1) with a metering slide doctor (4), a container (2) and a holder (3). The bottom of the dispenser part (1) has one or more scatter holes (8) which have a dimension in width or diameter in which the soap powder is prevented from escaping by bridging, preferably 3 mm.
When actuated by pressing on the actuating surface (10), the metering slide doctor (4) slides over the scatter holes (8), the doctor surface (6) sprinkling a certain amount of soap powder over the scatter holes (8). The amount is determined by the number and size of the scatter holes (8).
In a variant according to the invention, the metering slide doctor (4) has an opening (9) which, in the basic position, lies next to the scatter holes (8) in the direction of the actuating surface (10), the scatter holes (8) through the metering slide doctor (4 ) are covered.
When the dispenser is actuated, the scatter holes (8) become free, then the doctor surface (6) sweeps over the scatter holes (8).
When the actuating surface (10) is released, the metering slide squeegee (4) is brought into the basic position by the return spring (5), which can be molded on or separated, whereby a certain, smaller amount of soap powder is sprinkled in reverse. The width of the opening (9) is so large that there is no bridging of the soap powder, preferably at least about 4 mm. The metering slide doctor (4) is arranged at an angle or has sloping upper surfaces so that the soap powder slips off. In a further variant of the embodiment according to the invention, the metering slide doctor (4) is arched (13) and is pivotable about a pivot point (14).
