Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a reclosable, with a Cardboard pocket with tamper-evident closure.
Known is a reclosable cardboard pocket, which consists of a front and composed of a back. There are two tabs on the front Articulated side edges, which are folded inwards by 180 ° and with the back be glued. Because the front and back are each at their bottom edge, over a fold line are linked together, there is an open top Cardboard pocket, suitable for holding flat products, especially plasters is. To close the cardboard pocket there is another one on the upper edge Articulated flap that tapers upwards in a trapezoid shape. On the tab is finally there is a substantially rectangular shaped section in the middle. This is inserted into a punched-out provided in the rear wall and thus forms a closure that can be opened and closed repeatedly. Indeed the closure does not contain tamper evidence, so that tampering with the content the cardboard bag are possible without it being registered.
bestehen. Then a folding blister card that can be opened repeatedly is known from DE 296 06 678, the front and back of which are linked to one another via a fold line.
A case is also glued to the front, which is used to hold a product, for example a lipstick.
The folding blister card is sealed by applying a plurality of adhesive dots on the front or rear wall which consist of a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The object of the invention was to provide a resealable cardboard pocket a tamper-evident seal, i.e. a seal that the first time it is opened irreversibly and still does what is required Resealable.
This task is solved by a cardboard pocket, as it lays down in the skin claim is. The subclaims relate to advantageous developments of the cardboard pocket and two Embodiments. Finally, the inventive concept also includes Die cuts of the two embodiments, the manufacture of the cardboard pocket underlie.
Accordingly, the invention relates to a cardboard pocket consisting of a front wall and a rear wall which are connected to one another via the fold line and which are glued to one another, a flap being articulated on the upper edge of the front wall via a fold line. There is a cutout in the rear wall into which the tab can be inserted.
Then a flap is articulated on the flap via a predetermined breaking line, which is hooked and separated when the flap is pulled out of the cutout for the first time, two sections being divided on the flap and the flap being raised in the center.
In a preferred embodiment, the front wall and the rear wall are on each of the lower edge connected by a fold line.
Advantageously, on the front wall or on the rear wall on the side Edges each have a flap articulated over a fold line that is 180 ° inwards be folded and via which the front and rear walls are glued.
In an alternative embodiment, the front wall and the rear wall are each on a side edge connected by a fold line.
In a further preferred embodiment, the Front wall or the rear wall, which is opposite the side edge on which the Front wall and the rear wall are connected. a rag is articulated by 180 ° is folded in and over which the gluing of the front wall and the Rear wall is done.
Then it has proven to be advantageous if in the front wall and in the rear wall Punchings are present in the area of the lower edge, which essentially are congruent.
In a further preferred embodiment, the tab tapers starting from the fold line trapezoidal up to the predetermined breaking line, and the flap points to the Breaking line has a greater width than the flap.
There is preferably a crease line on the flap that is parallel to the predetermined breaking line is aligned.
A tab with the tab raised in the middle, can be achieved by relining the area to be raised with a hard cardboard or plastic during the punching process of the flap Cloth.
More preferably, the cutout in the rear wall is expanded in the shape of a crescent in the center.
Kartontasche erreicht. In particular, due to the different height of the flap and flap, the flap is hooked into the punched-out position when it is inserted and closed. Opening the cardboard pocket according to the invention is only possible if the perforation on the flap is separated.
The remaining remainder of the tab can be easily reclosed. This closure is achieved by punching out the back of the cardboard pocket.
Finally, the concept of the invention also encompasses two die cuts, according to which two particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention Cardboard bag can be made.
In the following, the cardboard pocket according to the invention is said to be advantageous Embodiments are shown in more detail with reference to several figures, without this want to unnecessarily limit the invention.
