Claims (7)
- Dispositif de chauffage électrique comprenant une piste chauffante sérigraphiée (5) et un thermostat (3) adapté à couper l'alimentation électrique de la piste chauffante (5) au-delà d'une température de consigne, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une portion de piste conductrice (6), de résistivité inférieure à la résistivité de la piste chauffante (5), est sérigraphiée sur une zone (A) de ladite piste chauffante (5), le thermostat (3) étant fixé en contact thermique avec ladite piste chauffante (5) au niveau de ladite zone (A).
- Dispositif de chauffage conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la résistivité de la piste conductrice (6) est sensiblement nulle.
- Dispositif de chauffage conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs portions disjointes (6) de piste conductrice.
- Dispositif de chauffage conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des portions disjointes (6) de piste conductrice sont disposées régulièrement sur la longueur d'une piste résistive (5).
- Procédé pour fabriquer un dispositif de chauffage conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :a) Sérigraphier une piste résistive chauffante (5) sur un substrat (1) ;b) Sérigraphier au moins une portion de piste conductrice (6), de résistivité inférieure à la résistivité de la piste chauffante, sur une zone (A) de la piste chauffante (5) ; etc) Fixer un thermostat (3) au niveau de ladite zone (A) de la piste chauffante (5).
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'étape b), on sérigraphie en outre des plots de connexion électrique (7) de la piste chauffante (5).
- Fond chauffant, notamment pour bouilloire électrique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de chauffage conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
