Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spannvorrichtung, die aus einem Kopfstück (1) mit mindestens einem schwenkbar daran gelagerten Spannarm (2) besteht, der über eine im Kopfstück (1) angeordnete Stellmechanik (3) mit einem Antriebsglied (4) verbunden ist. Dabei weist die Stellmechanik (3) einen längs eines Stellweges (SW) verstellbaren Stellungsgeber (5) auf, den sie mitbewegt und wobei im Bereich der Stellmechanik (3) Elemente zur Stellungsabfrage des Spannarmes (2) angeordnet sind. Nach der Erfindung sind die Elemente zur Stellungsabfrage aus mindestens einer bestrombaren Spule (7) gebildet. Deren räumliche Erstreckung entspricht im wesentlichen dem Stellweg (SW) des an der Stellmechanik (3) angeordneten Stellungsgebers (5). Dieser befindet sich sich in allen Stellungen der Stellmechanik (3) im gradienten-orientierten Wirkbereich des von der Spule (7) erzeugten Magnetfeldes. Dabei ist die Spule (7) über eine vom Stellungsgeber (5) erzeugte Magnetfeldstörung erfassende Umsetzelektronik (E) mit ihrer Stromquelle (S) verbunden. The invention relates to a tensioning device which consists of a head piece (1) with at least one pivot arm (2) pivotally mounted thereon, which is connected to a drive member (4) via an adjusting mechanism (3) arranged in the head piece (1). The actuating mechanism (3) has a position transmitter (5) which is adjustable along an actuating path (SW), which it also moves, and elements for querying the position of the tensioning arm (2) are arranged in the region of the actuating mechanism (3). According to the invention, the elements for position detection are formed from at least one coil (7) which can be energized. Their spatial extension essentially corresponds to the travel (SW) of the position transmitter (5) arranged on the actuating mechanism (3). This is located in all positions of the actuating mechanism (3) in the gradient-oriented effective range of the magnetic field generated by the coil (7). The coil (7) is connected to its current source (S) via conversion electronics (E) which detects magnetic field interference generated by the position transmitter (5).
