Description
- son dispositif d'absorption comporte:
- un premier anneau plan et un second anneau plan, lesdits premier et second anneaux plans se faisant face sans contact,
- des éléments de pivotement solidaires de la partie supérieure desdits premier et second anneaux plans, lesdits éléments de pivotement définissant un axe de pivotement X-X radial et en partie haute de ladite cabine de conduite,
- au moins un dispositif amortisseur disposé dans la partie inférieure desdits premier et second anneaux plans, l'absorption se faisant dans le sens longitudinal de ladite cabine de conduite, et
- l'extrémité arrière dudit châssis de cabine est solidaire au moins de la partie inférieure dudit premier anneau plan,
- chaque dispositif amortisseur pénètre au moins partiellement dans ledit châssis de cabine,
- chaque dispositif amortisseur est confiné entre les parties inférieures des premier et second anneaux plans,
- au moins un des dispositifs amortisseurs pénètre au moins partiellement dans ledit châssis de cabine, les autres dispositifs amortisseurs étant confinés entre les parties inférieures des premier et second anneaux plans,
- au moins un dispositif amortisseur se compose d'un élément avant susceptible de coulisser dans un élément fixe,
- l'extrémité arrière dudit élément fixe dudit dispositif amortisseur prend appui sur la partie inférieure dudit second anneau plan et l'extrémité avant dudit élément fixe est disposée à travers ledit premier anneau plan au moyen d'un orifice pratiqué dans ledit premier anneau plan et ledit élément avant dudit dispositif amortisseur est solidaire de ladite partie inférieure dudit premier anneau plan et est maintenu en position initiale à l'extrémité avant dudit élément fixe,
- lesdits dispositifs amortisseur sont de forme générale cylindrique,
- lesdits éléments avants desdits dispositifs amortisseurs sont logés dans ledit châssis de cabine,
- chaque dispositif amortisseur se compose d'une structure du type nid d'abeilles disposée entre lesdites parties inférieures desdits premier et second anneaux plans,
- ledit premier anneau plan étant disposé parallèlement à la face arrière de la cabine de conduite, le second anneau plan est disposé parallèlement à la face avant de ladite caisse,
- la partie inférieure dudit second anneau plan, sur lequel prend appui l'extrémité arrière dudit élément fixe, prend appui sur le châssis de ladite caisse,
- chaque élément de pivotement comporte une première chape et une seconde chape,
- chaque élément de pivotement se compose d'une rotule coopérant avec un palier glissant,
- ledit châssis de cabine peut comporter sur sa partie avant des amortisseurs frontaux susceptibles d'amortir les chocs légers.
- la figure 1 est une vue éclatée, selon un mode de réalisation préféré, du dispositif d'absorption d'énergie conforme à l'invention, et
- les figures 2 à 3 sont des vues latérales du dispositif d'absorption d'énergie de l'invention, le dispositif d'absorption d'énergie étant, successivement, en positions initiale, intermédiaire et maximum.
Claims (17)
- Véhicule, notamment ferroviaire, comportant une caisse (3) et une cabine de conduite (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif d'absorption d'énergie (1) de forme générale parallélépipédique intercalé entre la cabine de conduite (2) et la caisse (3).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les faces opposées du dispositif d'absorption parallélépipédique de plus grande surface sont disposées dans un plan formé par la face arrière (2A) de la cabine de conduite (2) et dans un plan formé par la face avant (3A) de la caisse (3), respectivement.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'absorption d'énergie comporte :un premier anneau plan (4) et un second anneau plan (5), lesdits premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans se faisant face sans contact,des éléments de pivotement (6) solidaires de la partie supérieure desdits premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans, lesdits éléments de pivotement (6) définissant un axe de pivotement X-X radial et en partie haute de ladite cabine de conduite (2),au moins un dispositif amortisseur (9) disposé dans la partie inférieure desdits premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans, l'absorption se faisant dans le sens longitudinal de ladite cabine de conduite (2), et
- Véhicule selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'extrémité arrière dudit châssis de cabine (10) est solidaire au moins de la partie inférieure dudit premier anneau plan (4).
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, dans lequel chaque dispositif amortisseur (9) pénètre au moins partiellement dans ledit châssis de cabine (10).
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, dans lequel chaque dispositif amortisseur (9) est confiné entre les parties inférieures des premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, dans lequel au moins un des dispositifs amortisseurs (9) pénètre au moins partiellement dans ledit châssis de cabine (10), les autres dispositifs amortisseurs (9) étant confinés entre les parties inférieures des premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, dans lequel au moins un dispositif amortisseur (9) se compose d'un élément avant (9A) susceptible de coulisser dans un élément fixe (9B).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 8 non dépendante de la revendication 6, dans lequel l'extrémité arrière dudit élément fixe (9B) dudit dispositif amortisseur (9) prend appui sur la partie inférieure dudit second anneau plan (5) et l'extrémité avant dudit élément fixe (9B) est disposée à travers ledit premier anneau plan (4) au moyen d'un orifice pratiqué dans ledit premier anneau plan (4) et ledit élément avant (9A) dudit dispositif amortisseur (9) est solidaire de ladite partie inférieure dudit premier anneau plan (4) et est maintenu en position initiale à l'extrémité avant dudit élément fixe (9B).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lesdits dispositifs amortisseur (9) sont de forme générale cylindrique.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel lesdits éléments avants (9A) desdits dispositifs amortisseurs (9) sont logés dans ledit châssis de cabine (10).
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, dans lequel chaque dispositif amortisseur (9) se compose d'une structure du type nid d'abeilles disposée entre lesdites parties inférieures desdits premier (4) et second (5) anneaux plans.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 12, dans lequel ledit premier anneau plan (4) étant disposé parallèlement à la face arrière (2A) de la cabine de conduite (2), le second anneau plan (5) est disposé parallèlement à la face avant (3A) de ladite caisse (3).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la partie inférieure dudit second anneau plan (5), sur lequel prend appui l'extrémité arrière dudit élément fixe (9B), prend appui sur le châssis (12) de ladite caisse (3).
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 14, dans lequel chaque élément de pivotement (6) comporte une première chape (7) et une seconde chape (8).
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 14, dans lequel chaque élément de pivotement (6) se compose d'une rotule coopérant avec un palier glissant.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 16, dans lequel ledit châssis de cabine (10) peut comporter sur sa partie avant des amortisseurs frontaux (11) susceptibles d'amortir les chocs légers.
