Claims (10)
- Bloc de raccordement électrique comportant au moins un boítier (5) doté d'une prise de test permettant la pénétration d'une fiche conductrice externe (3) dans le boítier par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit guide d'insertion (24) pour une mise en liaison électrique par contact avec une pièce d'interconnexion, conductrice, (4) immobilisée dans le boítier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pièce d'interconnexion munie d'une languette ayant une extrémité (23) élastiquement positionnée sur la trajectoire d'une fiche introduite dans le conduit guide pour connexion avec la pièce d'interconnexion, cette extrémité étant en saillie par rapport à ce conduit, en l'absence de fiche de manière à être latéralement repoussée lorsqu'une fiche est mise en place au travers du conduit.
- Bloc de raccordement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'extrémité (23) de languette destinée à venir en contact avec une fiche (3) est élastiquement reliée à une extrémité de la pièce d'interconnexion par une structure de languette (22) repliée en U.
- Bloc de raccordement, selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, dans lequel la pièce d'interconnexion est constituée par découpe et pliage à partir d'un flan plan et comporte une zone plane (15) à une première extrémité de laquelle est positionnée la languette à extrémité (23) et contre laquelle vient se positionner une extrémité d'une pièce de connexion (6) pour fil constituée par un ressort en boucle dont l'autre extrémité mobile est percée d'un chas de passage de fil au travers duquel passe un prolongement (16) situé à une seconde extrémité de la zone plane.
- Bloc de raccordement, selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la pièce d'interconnexion comporte une zone plane (15) bordée par deux parois parallèles (18) formant un conduit de passage pour un fil externe (12) dont l'accès est prévu par une extrémité au travers d'un chas, lorsque la pièce de connexion (6) comportant ce chas est contrainte, et dont l'autre extrémité est fermée par le repliement en U de la languette (22).
- Bloc de raccordement, selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la pièce d'interconnexion comporte une fourche à bras élastiques (14), pour le pincement d'une extrémité enfichable d'une pièce conductrice (13) extérieure, chacun des bras étant porté par une des parois parallèles (18) à proximité de l'extrémité de zone plane (15) portant la languette (22) qui est elle-même au moins partiellement logée entre les deux bras de fourche.
- Bloc de raccordement, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant un conduit guide d'insertion (24) ayant un axe longitudinal disposé de manière à assurer un positionnement d'une fiche en position de connexion par coulissement le long d'une portion de languette qui se termine par l'extrémité (23) élastiquement positionnée sur la trajectoire d'une fiche introduite dans le conduit guide.
- Bloc de raccordement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de boítiers (5) accolés.
- Pièce d'interconnexion pour bloc de raccordement électrique comportant au moins un boítier (5) doté d'une prise de test permettant la pénétration d'une fiche conductrice externe (3), dite de test, dans le boítier par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit guide d'insertion (24) pour une mise en liaison électrique par contact, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée par une pièce conductrice obtenue par découpe et pliage qui comporte une zone plane (15) à une première extrémité de laquelle est positionnée une languette (22), dotée d'une extrémité (23) destinée à entrer en contact avec une fiche de test, et contre laquelle vient se positionner une extrémité d'une pièce de connexion (6) pour fil constituée par un ressort en boucle dont l'autre extrémité mobile est percée d'un chas de passage de fil au travers duquel passe un prolongement (16) situé à une seconde extrémité de la zone plane.
- Pièce d'interconnexion, selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle la zone plane (15) est bordée par deux parois parallèles (18) formant un conduit de passage pour un fil externe (12) dont l'accès est prévu par une extrémité au travers d'un chas, lorsque la pièce de connexion (6) comportant ce chas est contrainte, et dont l'autre extrémité est fermée par le repliement en U de la languette (22).
- Pièce d'interconnexion, selon la revendication 8, comportant une fourche à bras élastiques (14), pour le pincement d'une extrémité enfichable d'une pièce conductrice (13) extérieure, chacun des bras étant porté par une des parois parallèles (18) à proximité de l'extrémité de zone plane (15) portant la languette (22) qui est elle-même au moins partiellement logée entre les deux bras de fourche.
