Abstract

Verfahren und Einrichtung zur Reduzierung der Wartezeit für das Zapfen von warmem Brauchwasser bei bzw. mit einem einen intermittierend arbeitenden Brenner (6), Primär-Wärmetauscher (7) und Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (3) umfassenden Kombinationsheizgerät, wobei der Primär-Wärmetauscher (7) Teil eines wenigstens einen Raum-Heizkörper sowie eine Umlaufpunpe (5) umfassenden Primärkreises (10, 11, 12) und der Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (3) Teil eines wenigstens eine Warmwasser-Zapfstelle umfassenden Sekundärkreises (13) ist. Bei Bedarf ist der Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (3) über eine zwischen Vorlauf (11) und Rücklauf (12) des Primärkreises (10) angeordnete Verbindungsleitung (9) dem Primärkreis zuschaltbar. Der Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (3) ist durch eine Bypass-Leitung (8) überbrückbar, wobei der Verbindungsleitung (9) ein Ventil (2) zugeordnet ist, mittels dem der Durchfluß durch diese unterbrechbar ist derart, daß der Sekundärwärmetauscher (3) vom Primärkreis entkoppelt ist. Auf diese Weise läßt sich das Heizwasser im Primärkreis sehr schnell aufheizen. Wird die Solltemperatur in dem durch die Bypass-Leitung (8) kurzgeschlossenen Primärkreis erreicht, wird die Bypass-Leitung (8) geschlossen und die dem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (3) zugeordnete Verbindungsleitung (9) geöffnet. Am Sekundärkreis (13) liegt dann die volle Heizwasser-Temperatur an.

If the target temperature is reached in the primary circuit short-circuited by the bypass line (8), the bypass line (8) is closed and the connecting line (9) assigned to the secondary heat exchanger (3) is opened. The full heating water temperature is then present at the secondary circuit (13).
