Abstract

A first plastic strip (18) is fastened to a part of the construction wall (2) and a second plastic strip (20) is fastened to part of the construction roof (8). A flexible flat sheet (22) having air passages is fastened to each of the strips. The sheet is preferably a film with holes in it or a mesh-like fabric.
