Claims (16)
- System zur Herstellung eines optischen Glases aus einem Rohteil, welches eine Vorrichtung (2) enthält, die ein Anpassungsstück (11) am Rohteil (1) anbringt, um dieses in eine von Größeninformationen gesteuerte Vorrichtung (3) für dessen Beschleifen zu transportieren und zu befestigen und das optische Glas herzustellen, wobei es- Mittel (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) zum Erfassen der Charakteristika des herzustellenden Glases,- Mittel (10; 20) zum Halten des Rohteils (1) in der Vorrichtung (2) für das Anbringen des Anpassungsstücks, die mit Mitteln (2a) zum Halten des Anpassungsstücks am Rohteil verbunden sind,- Mittel (14, 15) zum Senden/Empfangen einer das Rohteil analysierenden Strahlung, die in der Vorrichtung (2) für das Anbringen des Anpassungsstücks am Rohteil angeordnet sind,- Mittel (4, 16) zum Erfassen der Charakteristika des Rohteils durch Analyse der Signale, die von den Sende/Empfangsmitteln (14, 15) für die analysierende Strahlung geliefert werden, wobei die Charakteristika des Rohteils Daten zu dessen optischer Charakterisierung enthalten, und- Mittel (4) zum Ermitteln der Größeninformationen in einem Koordinatensystem, das auf die Achse der Schleifvorrichtung (3) zentriert ist, um diese Vorrichtung zu steuern und das Glas aus dem Rohteil herzustellen,umfasst und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Charakteristika des Rohteils außerdem Daten zu dessen Form enthalten.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sende/Empfangsmittel (14, 15) für die analysierende Strahlung auf beiden Seiten der Mittel (10; 20) zum Halten des Rohteils angeordnet und dass letztere für diese Strahlung transparent sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Charakteristika des herzustellenden Glases weiterhin Daten zu dessen Form und Daten zu dessen optischer Charakterisierung enthalten.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (21, 22, 25) zum relativen Bewegen der Mittel (20) zum Halten von Rohteil (1) und Anpassungsstück (11) umfasst, um das Anpassungsstück (11) an einer festgelegten Stelle des Rohteils (1) anzubringen.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Einheit (4) zum Verarbeiten der Informationen für die Ermittlung der Größeninformationen umfaset, die mit1) Mitteln (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) für die Eingabe der Charakteristika des herzustellenden Glases, um diese Charakteristika zu erfassen,2) Mitteln (16) zum Verarbeiten der Ausgangssignale der Sende/Empfangsmittel (14, 15) für die analysierende Strahlung, um die Charakteristika des Rohteils zu erfassen, und3) Mitteln (17), die eine Schnittstelle für die Steuerung der Schleifvorrichtung (3) bilden, um deren Tätigkeit ausgehend von den Größeninformationen zu steuern,verbunden ist.
- System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Informationsverarbeitungseinheit (4) für die Kontrolle der Einbeschreibung des aus dem Rohteil (1) herzustellenden Glases und derjenigen des Anpassungsstücks (11) in das daraus herzustellende Glas geeignet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die Eingabe der Charakteristika des herzustellenden Glases Mittel (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) für die Eingabe von Informationen enthalten, die die Fassung, in welcher das Glas anzuordnen ist, und den Patienten, für welchen das Glas bestimmt ist, betreffen.
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Fassung betreffenden Informationseingabemittel Mittel (6) zum Speichern einer Datenbank für die Fassung enthalten.
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Fassung betreffenden Informationseingabemittel Mittel zum Abtasten der Fassung, in welcher das Glas anzuordnen ist, oder einer entsprechenden Schablone enthalten.
- System nach Anspruch 7, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Informationseingabemittel, die den Patienten betreffen, für welchen das Glas bestimmt ist, eine Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle (7, 8, 9) enthalten.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sende/Empfangsmittel (14, 15) für die analysierende Strahlung ein automatisches Fokometer enthalten.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sende/Empfangsmittel (14, 15) für die analysierende Strahlung eine mit einer Lichtquelle verbundene Kamera enthalten.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (18) zum Auslösen der Mittel (2a) zum Anbringen des Anpassungsstücks am Rohteil umfasst, um dieses Anpassungsstück automatisch am Rohteil anzubringen.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum relativen Bewegen der Mittel zum Halten von Rohteil (1) und Anpassungsstück (11) einen Tisch (20) mit X-Y-Kreuzbewegungen des Halters des Rohteils umfassen, dessen Bewegungen von Auslöseelementen (21, 22) gesteuert werden, die von der Informationsverarbeitungseinheit (4) gesteuert werden.
- System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum relativen Bewegen ein Element (25) für die winkelmäßige Ausrichtung des Anpassungsstücks (11) enthalten, welches von der Informationsverarbeitungseinheit (4) gesteuert wird.
- System nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (21, 22) für die Auslösung des Tischs mit Kreuzbewegungen und das Element (25) für die Ausrichtung des Anpassungsstücks Elektromotore enthalten.
