A multiplex system element, a microcontroller and a motor driver each actuator are on a common circuit board arranged with the circuit components attached to it is encapsulated dust and moisture proof.
The invention has for its object a lock module for locking or unlocking a motor vehicle door in from a safety and manufacturing point of view optimize. The task is carried out by the independent Features specified resolved.
So the task according to the characteristic features of the Claim 1 solved in that bus electronics, transmitter electronics and / or receiving electronics and lock electronics structurally integrated in a housing to form a lock module and the lock module are a connection for the bus system having. Claim 7 specifies the locking device in the form of a process to open a locking device with the features of claim 1.
In a first embodiment of the device according to the invention it is provided that a control unit with a bus system communicates with a lock module. Broadcast and Receiver electronics of an antenna and a lock electronics access common bus electronics. This Components are structurally in a housing for the lock module integrated. Is the lock module in a motor vehicle door its components are extreme Exposed to temperature fluctuations and weather influences. The housing offers the sensitive electronic components adequate protection against both adverse environmental influences as well as against enemy attacks. Because bus electronics for both the antenna electronics and the Castle electronics is responsible, the Reduce wiring effort. Due to the high level of integration of the components can also save on connectors become. Corresponding signals of the bus system trigger one Activation of the lock mechanism for locking or unlocking in particular a motor vehicle door through the lock module out. This makes targeted manipulation from the outside difficult because an encrypted bus protocol is simulated must and the application of the supply voltage alone is not sufficient to open or close the To bring about lock mechanics. The structural integration of the Components in a lock module allow quick assembly to. Operating states of the individual electronic components can be done with the help of the bus system without additional Record and evaluate cabling effort. The lock module can be designed for several vehicle types, which is why increasing quantities result in cost reductions.
By those listed in the dependent claims Measures are advantageous developments of device according to the invention possible. An improvement provides that an adjustment drive in the housing is housed, which operates the lock mechanism. Thereby attempts at manipulation from outside are made more difficult. The spatial integration reduces the space requirement and the Wiring. A deliberate manipulation of the The actuator requires the housing to be destroyed.
The lock module should be regarded as an appropriate measure an antenna connector with an antenna electrically connect. Depending on the particular Installation conditions, the antenna can be customized to the Adjust vehicle type.
In an expedient further development it is provided that in Each door of the motor vehicle housed a lock module is, with all lock modules networked through the bus system are. A structurally identical lock module for all doors of the Motor vehicle reduces the variety of parts. on the other hand this variant allows that the receiving electronics relative position of the user to the respective door certainly. The networking of the lock modules through the Bus system makes it possible to selectively unlock several doors or to lock.
In an improvement, the lock module is a signal state fed a switch. This allows this Signal state via the bus system to the control unit pass on, which, for example, depending on the Signal state an opening or closing process initiates.
In a further development according to the invention, the Actuator controlled and encrypted. The Theft protection can be increased by this measure because the application of the supply voltage to the adjustment drive alone does not lead to the opening of the locking mechanism.
A method according to the invention for opening a Locking device provides that in a first step generates a signal to initiate an opening process is that in a second step depending on the Signal is driven by an antenna that issues a command sends a transponder that in a third step Transponder generates a response and this to the antenna sends and that in a fourth step depending on the answer is the lock mechanism is controlled. On Unlocking process is without using a key possible. The data exchange between transponder and antenna prevents unauthorized opening, as the lock mechanism only is then activated when the transponder's response with the expected matches.
In an advantageous development it is provided that the The opening process is initiated mechanically. On Triggering the opening process when a door handle is actuated increases the ease of use because the conventional unlocking of the Lock can be omitted.
Further appropriate training from other dependent Claims emerge from the description.
Es zeigen Figur 1 eine prinzipielle Anordungsmöglichkeit in einem Kraftfahrzeug, Figur 2 ein Blockschaltbild eines Ausführungsbeispiels sowie Figur 3 einen Ablaufplan als Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.FIG. 1 shows a basic arrangement option in a motor vehicle, Figure 2 is a block diagram of a Embodiment and Figure 3 as a flow chart Embodiment of a method according to the invention.
In einem Kraftfahrzeug 10 sind Schloßmodule 19a bis 19e
untergebracht, die durch ein Bussystem 12 sowohl
untereinander als auch mit einem Steuergerät 11 in
Verbindung stehen.
In a
Als die Schloßmodule 19a bis 19e und das Steuergerät 11
vernetzendes Bussystem 12 kommt in einem Kraftfahrzeug
beispielsweise ein CAN-Bus zum Einsatz. Dadurch werden
sowohl Datenaustausch - gegebenenfalls auch verschlüsselt -
zwischen Schloßmodul 19 und Steuergerät 11 als auch die
Energieversorgung des Verstellantriebs 30 realisiert. Der
Transponder 13 tauscht mit der Antenne 28 Signale aus. Dabei
kann es sich um elektromagnetische Wellen im
Hochfrequenzbereich oder um Infrarotsignale handeln. Ein
beispielsweise als Steckverbindung ausgeführter
Antennenanschluß 27 stellt eine elektrisch leitende
Verbindung zwischen Antenne 28 und Antennenelektronik 23
durch das Gehäuse 20 hindurch her. Übermittelt das Bussystem
12 über die Buselektronik 22 der Sendeelektronik 24 einen
Sendebefehl, steuert die Sendeelektronik 24 die Antenne 28
entsprechend an.
As the

The
Die Schloßelektronik 26 kann verschiedene
Überwachungsfunktionen realisieren. Das Ausführungsbeispiel
ist jedoch nicht auf elektrische Verstellantriebe 30
beschränkt, ebenso ist eine pneumatische Beeinflussung der
Schloßmechanik 31 möglich. Der Schalter 32 kann
beispielsweise über einen Türgriff betätigt werden. Die
Buselektronik 22 erfaßt den Signalzustand 33 und teilt ihn
dem Steuergerät 11 mit.The
Figur 3 beschreibt einen möglichen Öffnungsvorgang. Zu
Beginn des Öffungsvorganges ist ein Signal "Öffnen
einleiten" zu erzeugen, Schritt 101. Ein Fahrer, der das
Kraftfahrzeug 10 öffnen bzw. entriegeln will, betätigt über
Figure 3 describes a possible opening process. To
