Description

The present invention relates to a lock unit for a Gun with a slidably guided on a handle Closure in which an ignition pin is slidably mounted, which in its basic position is a rear face of the closure surmounted.

From EP-A-0 013 583 a trigger device is known which is built into the pistol grip. A hammer is pivotable about an axis. On the same axis is a drive ring swiveling, the swiveling to a limited extent relative to the hammer is. The ring is biased by a striking spring. Between Another spring is inserted into the ring and the hammer. The trigger tongue interacts with a locking lever, which in one Notch of the ring is engaged. With a striking hammer this can be pivoted forward against the force of the second spring be where it is with a pin on a hook of the trigger mechanism locks. When pulling the trigger tongue is first the pen released so that the hammer back in its tense position snaps back before pressing the Trigger the ring is released. This creates a double action deduction avoided. In the basic position swiveled forward of the hammer, however, both springs are fully tensioned. at a hard blow to the pistol, e.g. when falling on one hard surface, a shock can result from the vibration trigger what is dangerous. In addition, the vibration affects by striking the ring on the hammer immediately in front firing adversely affects accuracy.

Der Hebel 16 hat etwas Spiel gegenüber der Anschlagfläche 17.The lock unit 10 shown in the figures is a whole in the pistol grip 61 of a grip 60 of the pistol used. A closure 11 can be moved on the handle 60 stored in which the barrel is mounted. In the lock 11, an ignition pin 12 is displaceable and by a spring in its rear basic position shown in Figures 1, 2 and 5 preloaded, in which he has a rear end face 9 of the closure 11 towers. The lock unit 10 has a housing 13. In the housing 13, a hammer 14 is pivotable about an axis 15 stored. A drive lever 16 is located on the same axis 15 pivotable. The pivoting movement of the lever 16 relative to the hammer 14 is by two stop surfaces 17, 18 of the hammer 14 in limited in both directions. The hammer 14 is opposite the lever 16 biased backwards by a spring 19 the stop surface 17. On the lever 16 is spaced from the axis 15 a striker 22 articulated. The rod 22 is in one Bore 23 of a crosspiece 24 of the housing 13 out. Between a washer secured at the rod end by a cross pin 25 and the web 24, the prestressed striking spring 26 is used, which loads the rod 22 in tension. In the basic position according to Figures 1 to 3 is a stop surface 27 of the Rod 22 on web 24. The striking surface 28 of the hammer 14 has in this basic position an angle of about 15 ° with respect to rear end face 9 of the closure 11, so if this is pushed backwards by a blow, the hammer 14 cannot hit the ignition pin 12. The hammer 14 is engaged with a catch 31 in a spring-loaded catch pawl 29. The lever 16 has some play against the stop surface 17th

The hammer 14 acts in a manner known per se with a trigger rail 32 together. A slide 33 is displaceable in the housing 13 which the rail 32 by a spring 34th engages in a detent 35 of the hammer 14. On a Axis 44 also has a release lever 36 pivotably mounted. The hammer 14 can be removed from the tensioned position according to Figure 5 in the basic position according to Figures 1 to 3 are pivoted back. On the housing 13 is also an ejector 37 attached, which after firing the shot the empty cartridge case through an opening of the closure 11 ejects.

The lock unit 10 shown works as follows: Will the trigger tongue is pulled, the rail 32 is pulled forward. It pivots a locking lever 42 (FIG. 6) which is also pivotable about the axis 15 and a safety slide 43 presses out of a locking catch 45 of the ignition pin 12, which is loaded down by a spring 46. The lever 42 presses the catch pawl 29 out of engagement with the notches 31, 38. The rail 32 engages in the Locked 35 the hammer 14 against the force of the spring 26 in the tensioned position according to Figure 5. The rail 32 runs a control curve 47 along (Figure 6), which they against the force of the spring 34 moves down out of engagement with the detent 35. The hammer 14 is released so that the spring 26 over the acting as a pull rod 22, the lever 26 and the stop surface 17 accelerates the hammer 14 against the lock 11, until surface 27 strikes web 24. Through the Mass inertia of the hammer 14 continues to turn, opens the ignition pin 12 and triggers the ignition process. After Firing the slide slides back 11, the empty Cartridge case is ejected. The process just described is called "Double Action" (DA). If the clasp after firing the shot or by manually moving it backwards slides, a control curve of the lock swivels the trigger rail 32 down and the hammer 14 back so that this engages with the catch 38 on the catch pawl 29. If the Trigger tab is released, the rail 32 slides backwards engaged with the lever 42, the next time the Deduction of the catch pawl after exceeding the DA trigger position 29 pushes out of the catch 38 (single action).

FIGS. 7 to 9 show the function of the release lever 36 shown. 7 shows the release lever 36 in the Home position and the hammer 14 in its safety position corresponding to Figures 1 to 3, in which the catch pawl 29th is engaged in the safety catch 31. The release lever 36 has an arm 48 with a protruding nose 49 which with a Slide surface 50 of the hammer 14 cooperates. From arm 48 a tongue 51 protrudes forward. When depressing the Handle 52 of the release lever 36 pushes the tongue 51 against one Web 53 of the catch pawl 29. When the hammer 14 with his Single-action catch 38 is engaged on catch 29, the catch pawl 29 becomes disengaged from this catch 38 pivoted. Figure 8 shows this process immediately before Release of the hammer 14. When swiveling the Release lever 36, the hammer 14 is released so that the sliding surface 50 strikes the nose 49 (FIG. 9). At the The impact hammer 14 is pivoted backwards gently returned by sliding the nose 49 on the surface 50 and at the same time the catch pawl 29 released again, so that it engages in the catch 31 (FIG. 7).

Figure 10 shows the installation of the lock unit 10 in the Handle 60 of the gun. The handle 60 has in the pistol grip 61 an inclined to the barrel axis magazine shaft 62 for inserting a magazine that is backed by a Rear wall 63 is completed. The continuing on the wall 63 two side walls 64 have parallel to the wall 63 in Cross-section of rectangular grooves 65. The lock unit 10 has the front edge on each side two molded, in the grooves 65 matching, laterally protruding rails 66. In two more Rails 67 on the upper edge of the housing 13 is the closure 11 out. The lock unit 10 is from above Inserted handle 60 and secured by two cross bolts 68, 69, through cross holes 70 to 72 in the two side walls 64 and in the housing 13 or recesses 73 in the housing 13 be pushed through. In Figure 10 is also the trigger tongue 74 indicated that in a front insert, not shown is pivotally mounted. The front insert also has lateral rails corresponding to the rails 67 for guiding the Closure 11. The trigger rail 32 is with the trigger tongue 74 pivotally connected.

The fact that the impact rod 22 transmits the spring force by train and the force application point of the impact bar 22 opposite each other the hammer 14 is thus in front of the axis 15, builds the lock unit described is slimmer than with the previously usual Pressure transmission and there will be optimal drive conditions reached because the blow rod 22 in the pistol grip after must be installed inclined at the bottom rear. Through integration the slide 33 to the trigger rail 32 of the release lever 36, the Locking lever 42 and the ejector 37 have several functions summarized in one compact unit, what the manufacture simplified.

The fact that the hammer 14 in the basic position in the Locking catch 31 engaged and the striker bar 22 against the Stop 24 is struck, a multiple backup against an unintentional shot fired. A first backup is the previously mentioned backup by the inclination of the Striking surface 28. A second fuse is the ignition pin fuse by the safety slide 43. A third fuse is given by the release lever 36. If the shooter Percussion hammer relaxed by holding it back, the trigger actuated and then slowly returns the hammer 14, the hammer 14 is automatically in after releasing the trigger the safety catch 31 is returned. Because the lock unit 10 is used as a pre-assembled unit in the handle 60, can they can easily be exchanged for another lock unit 10, e.g. for repair purposes. It is also possible to have several different ones To provide lock units 10, e.g. additionally to the one described without the detent 38 so that the gun is a double-action-only pistol. Can also be used for different Ammunition types lock units with different Clout can be made available. The one described The lock unit also enables easy adjustment to different needs.
