Description
The invention relates to a piston pump, in particular a Radial piston pump of roller tappet type High-pressure fuel supply in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, especially in a common rail injection system, with a drive shaft running in the circumferential direction has several cam-like elevations, and with at least a plunger arranged radially with respect to the drive shaft, which at its radially inner end region has a reversible roller has, which can be rolled against the drive shaft in the area the elevations of which are supported such that they can be rolled up in the circumferential direction.
It is understood that with such a piston pump preferably several radially arranged plungers are provided, either on their side facing away from the drive shaft there are pistons delimiting the high pressure side or even the Limit the high pressure side and thus immediately displacer or Perform compressor function.
-stößel bewirken (Mehrfachnockensystem).Especially in the common rail applications mentioned above, where the piston pump is not for direct Injection into the engine cylinder but for delivery into one High pressure storage is used, the effort is made of Functional and cost reasons the number of separate Conveying units compared to conventional Reduce injection systems (e.g. in-line pumps, plug-in pumps), by - as already indicated at the beginning - the drive shaft of the Piston pump has several elevations in the circumferential direction, the one during a drive shaft revolution Carry out lifting movement with a radial piston or tappet (Multi-cam system).
However, this leads to an increased burden on the Drive components, especially the plunger and the rotatable stored role. Compared to single cam systems the delivery times of the radial piston or tappet increases while the relief times between the funding phases are reduced. As a result, there is less time for a lubricating film build-up or a regeneration of the lubricating film in the area of the storage of the role. This leads to the piston pumps mentioned type to increased wear as a result of insufficient Lubrication in the area of the roller bearing. Through the long The lubrication oil is delivered from the bearing gap pressed out and can during the relatively short Relief times are not sufficiently back in the Penetrate the bearing.
From JP 05 180 116 as the closest prior art a high-pressure fuel pump according to the preamble of the claim 1 known, in which the plunger and the bolt on a Lubricant feed opening in the tappet must be lubricated.
From AT 307 808 B an injection pump is known in which the Oil supply to the sliding surfaces of the pin / roller pairing Center hole and one communicating with the center hole Cross drilling is done. The flow resistance of the center hole and the cross hole is relatively high if the bolt is not too to be weakened very much. In addition, these are holes Technically unfavorable because it is small Hole diameter often increases when drilling the cross hole Drill breaks occur when the center hole is drilled.
The present invention is therefore the object based on the wear of generic piston pumps to reduce without the tappet load (piston force, Piston or ram stroke, relative speed of the roller compared to their storage). Moreover The measures according to the invention are to be cost-effective be feasible.
This task is carried out in a piston pump of the type mentioned according to the invention by the characterizing features of Claim 1 solved.
It is therefore proposed according to the invention the bearing of the role a particularly aerodynamically favorable and Particularly easy way to lubricate in terms of production technology. The lubricant supply opening, preferably with is connected to a lubricating oil circuit of the engine, according to the invention either flows directly into the area Sliding surfaces or in the so-called role room, which from the end area of the ram receiving the roller and the roller axis is limited.
Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous proven if the flattening is in the longitudinal direction of the bolt completed, i.e. if they are not on the front of the Bolzens opens to escape the lubricant in this to prevent unwanted direction.
The lubricant guide device is from one in Flattening of the bolt in the longitudinal direction on the bolt jacket be formed, which is particularly easy to manufacture is accomplished.
The fact that lubricant through the lubricant supply opening either directly into the hub or into the role space of the Is initiated, there is sufficient Lubricant amount available. In the first case it will Lubricant directly in the area of sliding against each other Areas initiated, and in the second case stands in the role room Always have enough lubricant available that Relatively short relief times mentioned at the beginning nevertheless penetrate the bearing to a sufficient extent can.
The piston pump can be special in terms of manufacturing technology be designed so that a respective plunger has a role with rigidly attached journals with which the roller is rotatably mounted in the end region of the ram.
The role can also be parallel to one Rotation axis of the drive shaft extending pin rotatable and mounted on this pin on the end region of the plunger his.
As already indicated above, it turns out to be special advantageous if the lubricant supply opening in the End region of the tappet in at least one hub of the tappet Storage of the journal or the bearing pin of the role opens. It would also be conceivable that the bearing pin or the bolt in the Hub area are formed with an annular groove that with of the lubricant supply opening covers.
It has also proven to be advantageous if the Bolt is fixed with respect to the plunger and one with the Lubricant feed opening overlapping or communicating lubricant guide to the surfaces of the bolt / roller pair sliding against each other having. These are located when the bolt is stationary Inner sliding surfaces between roller and bolt. The Lubricant guide device therefore serves the purpose of Lubricant feed opening in the hubs or in the roller chamber pumped lubricant to the surfaces sliding against each other to be transported by roller and bolt.
It also proves to be advantageous if in the outer surface of the plunger and / or one in Stroke extending groove is provided. The groove provides Back and forth of the ram sure that the Lubricant feed opening of the tappet at every stroke height with the Lubricant supply line of the housing, which in the Internal cylinder surface opens, communicates.
In order to be able to control the lubricant throughput in the system, proposed in the lubricant supply line of the housing, So in the feed direction in front of the plunger, a throttle device provided. This creates freedom in terms of Dimensioning and efficiency of Lubricant supply.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the bolt and / or the role of ceramic material and is therefore characterized in With regard to temperature resistance and wear resistance against metallic sliding pairings.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention the bolt has a structured lateral surface that preferably has groove-shaped recesses which are in to extend in any shape along the bolt, or it lubrication pockets can be provided. Through this Surface structuring is on the one hand due to the particular capillary effect of the structure a lubricant transport in the Gap between the journal and the hub or between the roller and in particular fixed bolt and on the other hand a Storage of the lubricating oil in the contaminated zone (Lubrication pocket effect). Preferred dimensions of the Surface structures result from the dependent ones Claims.
It has also proven to be advantageous if between the Bolt and the roller an intermediate bush is provided because thereby the relative speed of the sliding partners and thus the energy turnover during the mixing or Solid friction is reduced.
