Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sheet guiding device in a printing press the preamble of the main claim.
It is in the conveying direction of the substrate in front of the printing nip of Blanket cylinder and impression cylinder arranged blowing device known from MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG in the Roland 800 series, one Rotary printing machine based on the five-cylinder principle, from 1978 to 1995 was realized and sold. This blowing device is a plurality of spaced apart in the cylinder axis length and the curvature of the cylinder surface adapted guide elements, each guide element has a hollow cylindrical cross section. Every guide element has obliquely arranged in the wall, against the pressure cylinder as well as the conveying direction of the printing material directed blow air openings, which prevent the sheet from lifting off the impression cylinder surface. The interior of the hollow cylindrical guide element represents the blown air chamber which is coupled with a pneumatic system for the blower supply. The Blowing air openings wall of the guide elements provides as an outer contour represents a guide surface which is adapted to the outer surface of the printing cylinder is. Furthermore, additional blown air openings are arranged that are transverse to the direction of movement viewed inward and in the edge area of the guide elements are directed outwards.
In order to smooth out sheets, according to another known method Execution according to DE 39 20 730 C2 uses a blowing nozzle that an air jet is directed towards the substrate and thereby achieves a spreading effect. The Blower nozzle is in front of the printing nip parallel to the axis of the printing cylinder horizontal pendulum axis is pivotally mounted and can be coupled with a drive, which, in the work cycle of the printing press, the blowing nozzle swings in the conveying direction of the substrate back and forth. As a result of the swinging motion relaxing and evenly placing the printing material on the sheet guide cylinder, especially with thin substrates, certainly not guaranteed.
The invention has for its object a sheet guiding device in a To create printing machine that avoids the disadvantages mentioned, in particular a more even guidance of the printing material on a sheet guiding cylinder, especially the printing cylinder, allowed and an improved enema of the substrate in a printing nip guaranteed.
The task is solved by the training features of the main claim. Further training results from the subclaims.
To lift the sheet-shaped printing material from the outer surface of the Preventing sheet guiding cylinders is the pneumatically actuated Sheet guiding device assumes that different in the area of the printing nip directed blast air flows act on the substrate surface. So is according to the invention in the conveying direction of the printing material before Blanket or form cylinders and sheet guide cylinders, e.g. the pressure cylinder, Formed pressure nip arranged a sheet guide device in which the kinetic energy of the blown air flow into the substrate Pressure energy is converted. The sheet guide device points to the Underside of a guide surface with openings for the blowing air outlet. Direction of funding of the printing material is the blowing air flow emerging from the openings adjustable in their direction to lift the sheet-shaped printing material from the outer surface of the sheet guide cylinder, here the impression cylinder, to prevent. This enables the drag flow of the pumped Noticeably reduce the substrate and lift the substrate from the sheet guide cylinder to prevent suction. It is also possible to directly feed the sheet-like printing material to be conveyed to lead in front of the printing nip, so that a lifting of the printing material from Sheet guiding cylinder is also noticeably prevented. A touch of the Top of the substrate with the blanket / form cylinder is excluded, so that, for example, damage to the printed image on the substrate is avoided. An important advantage of the invention is that that the openings in the guide surface of the sheet guiding device can be directed and thus can be used to direct the blown air flow. So are preferred Blowing air flows in the guide surface at an angle and against the direction of movement of the substrate directionally adjustable. Blown air flows are also seen in the guide surface transverse to the conveying direction in the edge region of the guide surface against the direction of movement and inwards on the substrate straightenable to avoid a lateral escape of the blowing air. In another All blowing air flows in the guide surface are opposed to the conveying direction and directed inwards towards the substrate. The sheet guiding device is arranged axially parallel to the sheet guide cylinder and extends preferably at least over the minimum format width.
At the same time, the sheet guiding device is arranged in front of the printing nip in such a way that between the guide surface (underside) of the sheet guiding device and an inlet gap is formed on the lateral surface of the sheet guiding cylinder, which has a tapered course in the conveying direction towards the pressure gap. The combination of directed pressure energy and tapered inlet gap the pressure gap enables the through the movement and speed of the Trailing flow caused on the substrate on the substrate surface to be reduced noticeably, so that a lifting of the printing material, in particular the trailing edge is prevented by a suction effect.
In a further training, in addition to that in front of the pressure gap in the conveying direction arranged sheet guiding device a further sheet guiding device arranged after the printing nip. This sheet guiding device is preferred can be pneumatically acted upon and serves to guide the substrate when leaving of the pressure gap. Between the guide surface (underside) of the sheet guiding device and the outer surface of the sheet guide cylinder is an outlet gap formed from the printing nip in the conveying direction of the substrate has a widening gap.

umlaufenden Kettensystemen 6 in Förderrichtung 8 an Bogenleiteinrichtung 7 entlang
transportiert und auf einen Auslegerstapel ablegt. Jedes Druckwerk 1 besteht
A sheet-fed rotary printing machine is shown in a row construction in accordance with FIG.

In sheet-fed rotary printing presses in series are for inline finishing

Gummituchzylinder bzw.
Kammer 13 (gem.
Blanket cylinders or

In the installed position, each
In one embodiment of the invention, the

Fig. 4b und 4c, da der Bund 22 aus der
eingelassen (Fig. 4b) integriert ist.3, the
According to FIGS. 4 a - 4 c, a
Each
10 beim Bogentransport aufliegt. In a further embodiment, the
