Wenn man zwecks Notentriegelung die unter Zugspannung stehende Stange 6 in Richtung des Pfeiles 11 nach oben drückt, wird der Stift 10b freigegeben, die Stange 6 kann nach links ausweichen und die Zange 2 gibt den Kloben 1 frei.
Soll die Tür nach einer Notentriegelung geschlossen werden , muß der Motor zunächst einen Öffnungsimpuls erhalten. Daraufhin wandert die Kulisse 10 nach links, bis der Stift 10b die Raststellung in dem abgewinkelten Schlitz 6b einnimmt. Dabei fällt die Stange 6 entweder durch ihr Eigengewicht nach unten, oder das Einrasten wird durch eine Feder bewirkt.
In Fig. 10 nimmt die Stange 6 und die Kulisse 10 die linke Endstellung ein, in der die Tür offen oder zur Öffnung vorbereitet ist. Wenn der Motor 13 in Schließrichtung anläuft, wird das Abtriebszahnrad 8 über die Zahnräder 14, 15, 16 in Richtung des Pfeiles 12 bewegt. Der Exzenterstift 9 zieht dabei die Kulisse 10 mit der Stange 6 nach rechts, bis eine bestimmte Schließkraft erreicht ist und der Zustand Fig. 9 entspricht.
Je nach Zustand der Dichtung kann der Drehwinkel des Rades 8 zwischen 100 und etwa 170° liegen.
Durch Feineinstellung wird man einen Winkel zwischen 150 und 170° bevorzugen, weil man dann mit kleinerem Motordrehmoment eine größere Schließkraft erreicht.
Da die Zahnräder 14, 15 als Schneckengetriebe ausgebildet sind, ist der Antrieb selbsthemmend. Ein Sensor für die Stromaufnahme bewirkt, daß sich der Motor beim Erreichen einer gewünschten Schließkraft ausschaltet.
Der Verriegelungsbefehl für den Getriebemotor kann von einem Türkontakt, einem am Schrank oder im Fußbereich angeordneten Taster oder von einer Programmsteuerung ausgehen. Ist bei Erteilung des Verriegelungsbefehls der Kloben nicht in die Greifzange eingefahren, läuft der Motor bis zur Endstellung der Zugstange durch. Da aber kein Stromanstieg erfolgt, wird das Ausbleiben dieses Signals von der Steuerung dazu benutzt, die Zugstange wieder in die Entriegelungsstellung zu bringen.
Zur Öffnung wird die Motorspannung umgepolt.

The locking command for the geared motor can come from a door contact, a button on the cabinet or in the foot area or from a program control. If the clamp is not inserted into the gripper when the locking command is issued, the motor runs through to the end position of the pull rod. However, since there is no current increase, the absence of this signal is used by the control to bring the pull rod back into the unlocked position.
The motor voltage is reversed for opening.

Claims (6)

  1. Motorised closure for units with casing and door featuring an elastic seal surround,
    characterised by the fact, that
    the filleted recess of insert (1) on the door engages in a calliper mechanism (2) consisting of two jaws (2a and 2b) pivoted on a bolt (3)and between which a motor-activated operating slide (4) is fitted, whereby at one end of its travel the slide releases the calliper opening and at the other locks the calliper and insert, so that the motor(13)can pull the door against the housing with an adjustable force in such a way that that the direction of traction is coincidental with the direction of movement of the insert and operating slide.
  2. Motorised closure as at Claim 1, characterised by the fact
    that the calliper jaws (2a and 2b) feature truncated conical jaws(2a2 and 2b2)at one extremity and at the other are provided with control surfaces and
    that between them bearing blocks(2a1 and 2b1)are fitted, whose bolt (3) engages through the slotted hole (4a)of operating slide(4).
  3. Motorised closure as at Claim 1 and 2, characterised by the fact
    that a coil spring (5) fitted between the two calliper halves (2a and 2b)compresses the conical tapers (2a2 and 2b2) which act as a gripping device.
  4. Motorised closure as at Claim 1 - 3, characterised by the fact
    that the operating slide (4) is connected via a pull rod (6)to a motor transmission unit (7)consisting of the motor (13), gear wheels (14 - 16), a driven wheel (8), an eccentric pin (9) and a rocker arm (10) and which disconnects upon reaching an adjustable tractive force.
  5. Motorised closure as at Claim 1, characterised by the fact
    that the closing motion of the motor (13) is triggered by a door contact, a sensor or a programmed control.
  6. Motorised closure as at Claim 4, characterised by the fact
    that pull rod (6) features a right-angled slot (6b) in which link pin (10b) of rocker arm (10) is pivoted in such a way that pull rod (6) is released in the direction of opening when lateral pressure is applied at an angle to its longitudinal orientation.
