Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines hochfesten und verschleißbeständigen Formteils mit geringer Maßstreuung aus niedriglegiertem Stahlpulver, bei dem das Stahlpulver mit Beimengungen formgepreßt, gesintert und das gesinterte Formteil einer Wärmenachbehandlung unterzogen wird. Der Sinterschwund und das Abmaß vom Nennmaß läßt sich für die Sinterteile dadurch wesentlich reduzieren, daß das mit Chrom, Molybdän, Vanadium legierte und mit Kohlenstoff gemischten Stahlpulver in einem Warmpreßvorgang zu Grünlingen oder Pulverpreßlingen bis zu einer gleichförmigen Ausgangsdichte von ≥ 7,2 g/cm3 formgepreßt werden, daß die formgerechten Grünlinge oder Pulverpreßlinge zum Erreichen einer geschlossenen Porosität bei einer Temperatur von 1150° C bis 1300° C gesintert werden und daß die Sinterteile in einem abschließenden HIP-Vorgang auf Dichten > 99 % der theoretischen Dichte nachverdichtet werden.
