Claims (8)
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble (1) lors de son enroulement sur le tambour d'un appareil de levage ou de halage, comprenant au moins un jeu de deux galets presseurs (8, 9), situés dans un même plan et montés de manière quasi-tangentielle, destinés à recevoir le câble au niveau de leur point de tangence ou de quasi-tangence commun, lesdits galets étant couplés directement ou indirectement à un organe de freinage (15, 16), propre à engendrer au niveau du câble, une force résistante, réglable en intensité, s'opposant à la tension exercée par le tambour du dispositif de levage ou de halage au niveau duquel il est mis en place, caractérisé en ce que lesdits galets (8, 9) sont munis d'une gorge périphérique, de diamètre compatible avec le diamètre du câble reçu entre eux.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté sur un organe de trancanage (17), et en ce qu'il est déplaçable en synchronisme avec celui-ci, de telle sorte à ainsi générer de manière continue la force résistante, quel que soit le positionnement latéral du câble par rapport au tambour au niveau duquel il est destiné à être enroulé.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs jeux de galets presseurs (8, 9), couplés entre eux.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les galets presseurs (8, 9) sont reliés à l'organe de freinage (15, 16) directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un organe de transmission intermédiaire (14), tel qu'un renvoi d'angle.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de freinage (15, 16) est constitué par un système hydraulique constitué par une ou plusieurs pompes à engrenages couplées directement sur les axes (11) de couplage des galets presseurs (8, 9) ou sur l'organe de transmission intermédiaire (14), lesdites pompes alimentant un circuit hydraulique, dont l'une des branches est munie d'un étranglement réglable, assurant la limitation du débit, et partant, permettent la génération de l'effort de retenue du câble.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la branche du circuit hydraulique munie de l'étranglement réglable comporte une branche de court-circuit accessible par l'intermédiaire d'une électrovanne, dans le cas où la création de la tension n'est pas nécessaire ou, lors du déroulement du câble.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un frein mécanique, notamment de type à disque, destiné à maintenir arrêtés les galets presseurs (8, 9), ledit frein étant libéré pendant la période de rotation du tambour tant à l'enroulement qu'au déroulement.
- Dispositif de maintien sous tension d'un câble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de freinage est constitué par un système de coupleurs à poudre (16), reliés directement ou indirectement aux axes des galets presseurs (8, 9), lesdits coupleurs étant alimentés électriquement avec un courant d'intensité adapté afin de générer un couple résistant adéquat, fonction de la force résistante, et donc de la tension que l'on souhaite créer au niveau du câble.
