Claims (15)
- Dispositif de réglage de la position d'une levée (14) montée sur une ancre (4) en vue du réglage de sa pénétration (P) dans la denture d'une roue d'échappement (2) d'un mouvement d'horlogerie, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bâti fixe (32) associé à un chariot (34) mobile en translation selon un axe (A), des moyens de commande (36) du déplacement du chariot (34), des moyens de mesure (38) du déplacement par rapport au bâti (32), des moyens de fixation (40) de l'ancre (4) sur le bâti (32) ou le chariot (34) et des moyens de fixation (44) de la levée (14) respectivement sur le chariot (34) ou le bâti (32).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de chauffage (68).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de chauffage (68) sont fixés sur l'élément bâti (32) ou chariot (34), portant l'ancre (4).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (40) de l'ancre (4) sont des moyens de serrage (56) portés par le chariot (34) et comprennent un levier (54) articulé sur le chariot (34), le levier (54) étant bloqué en position de serrage au moyens d'une vis (64).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (56) comprennent des moyens de limitation de la force de serrage.
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ancre (4) est serrée sur le chariot (34) par l'extrémité libre (58) du levier (54), et en ce que l'extrémité libre (58) présente une fourche de serrage (66) à deux branches (66a, 66b).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement des branches (66a, 66b) de la fourche de serrage (66) est réglable.
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le point d'articulation du levier (54) sur le chariot (34) est réglable transversalement à la direction de déplacement du chariot (34).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (44) de la levée (14) comprennent une pince (72) qui est portée par le bâti (32).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la pince (72) comprend une mâchoire fixe (76) ayant une surface de serrage (80) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de déplacement du chariot (34) et une mâchoire mobile (78).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire mobile(78) est commandée par un système à excentrique (84).
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la force de fermeture de la pince (72) est donnée par des moyens à ressort (86) rappelant la mâchoire mobile (78) vers sa position de fermeture, le système à excentrique (84) étant agencé pour ouvrir la pince (72).
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mesure (38) comprennent un comparateur analogique (45).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le comparateur (45) comprend une touche de palpage (47) en contact direct avec le chariot (34).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à des moyens optiques (90) de grossissement pour l'observation de la levée (14).
