  4. A straw according to claim 2 characterized in that the insert is colored.
  5. A straw according to any of claims 1 to 4 characterized in that, in a manner that is known in the art, said stopper comprises a powder able to be transformed on contact with a liquid into an impermeable gel or paste.
  6. A straw according to claim 5 characterized in that the stopper is a three-part stopper.
