Zur Montage der Schaltkammer werden zunächst die Schaltstucke, Lόschbleche etc. in einem der beiden schalenfor- migen Gehäusemodule angeordnet und dann das jeweils zweite Gehausemodul auf das erste Gehausemodul gelegt und mit diesem verbunden, z.B. vernietet. Nachteilig bei den bekannten Schaltkammergehausen ist unter anderem, daß die Loschkammern derartiger Schaltkammergehäuse erst durch die Verbindung der beiden Gehäusemodule entstehen. Daher ist eine vollständige Funktionsüberprüfung der Löschkammern vor dem Zusammenbau der Schaltkammern in der Regel nicht möglich. Schaltkammergehäuse für einen Leistungsschalter mit Dreh- Doppelunterbrecher, wobei das Schaltkammergehäuse (1; 30) aus zwei Gehausemodulen (2, 3; 31, 32) zusammensetzbar ist und der Dreh-Doppelunterbrecher zwei feste Schaltstucke (6, 7 ; 37), die jeweils über schienenformige Leiter (10, 11; 41, 42) mit entsprechenden Anschlußklemmen (12, 13; 39, 40) verbunden sind, und ein zweiarmiges, um eine Achse (8) drehbares Schaltstuck (9; 38), welches in seiner geschlossenen Stellung die beiden festen Schaltstucke (6, 7; 37) miteinander verbindet, umfaßt, wobei die festen Schaltstucke (6, 7; 37), derart ausgestaltet sind, daß sich bei einem uberlastfall zwischen ihnen und dem stromdurchflos- senen drehbaren Schaltstück (9; 38) aufgrund der Magnetfelder Kräfte ergeben, die das drehbare Schaltstuck (9; 38) in eine geöffnete Stellung verschwenkt, und wobei zur Loschung des zwischen den Schaltstucken sich ausbildenden Lichtbogens im Bereich der festen Schaltstucke (6, 7; 37) jeweils eine Loschkammer (19) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Gehausemodule (2, 3; 31, 32) im wesentlichen L-fόrmig ausgebildet sind sowie mit ihren inneren Randflachen (4, 5) einander zugewandt sind, und daß die den ersten Schenkeln der L-formigen Gehausemodule (2, 3; 31, 32) entsprechenden ersten Gehauseteile (17, 18; 33, 34) als Loschkammern (19) ausgebildet sind.1.
