Die Lage dieses Aufnahmeloches und damit die Versetzung auf der sonst üblichen Mittenanordnung des Aufnahmeloches in der Stromschiene ermöglicht eine genaue Anpassung an das kleinere Rastermaß der schmaleren Reihenklemmen. Es ist damit möglich, den mehrpoligen Querverbinder für die Kontaktierung der schmaleren Reihenklemmen auch noch mit der Stromschiene der breiteren Reihenklemme zu kontaktieren. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß auf diese Weise eine derartige Querbrückung noch im Übergangsbereich von einer schmalen auf eine doppelt so breite Reihenklemme möglich ist. In Fig. 2 ist illustriert, daß beispielsweise in der einen Anreihrichtung die Querbrückung mit einem Querverbinder im vorderen Aufnahmekanal 5,6, in der anderen Anreihrichtung im hinteren Aufnahmekanal 5,6 erfolgen kann. Um nun eine solche handelsübliche breite Reihenklemme 1a einsetzen zu können, ist in der Reihenklemmenanordnung eine weitere, adapterartige, breitere Reihenklemme 1b vorgesehen, die neben der handelsüblichen Reihenklemme 1a angeordnet wird und die sich dann die schmaleren Reihenklemmen 2 anschließen. Diese adapterartige breitere Reihenklemme 1b hat eine spezielle Stromschiene 12b, in der sich einerseits in mittiger Lage ein Aufnahmeloch 16 für einen Querverbinder befindet und in der sich ferner mindestens ein Aufnahmeloch 13b befindet, das wiederum in dem einer benachbarten schmaleren Reihenklemme 2 zugewandten Randbereich vorgesehen ist, so daß der Querverbinder 3 für die Querbrückung der schmaleren Reihenklemmen 2 mit seinem außenliegenden Kontaktelement auch mit Hilfe des Aufnahmeloches 13b die Stromschiene 12b der adapterartigen breiteren Reihenklemme 1b kontaktieren kann, wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt und wie sich aus dem Steckbildschema der Fig. 6 ergibt. In Fig. 6 ist die Stromschiene 12b in Draufsicht illustriert. Claims (9)

  1. Terminal block assembly with several terminal blocks in line with one another, at least one (1, 1a, 1b) of which is wider than the others (2), with current rails (8, 12, 12a) for lead connections (9) arranged in the terminal block, whose length is orientated transversely to the alignment direction of the terminal block and in which there are provided receiving holes (10, 13) for making contact with multi-pole transverse connectors (3) with plug-type contact elements (11), for which receiving channels (5, 6) are formed in the terminal block housings (4, 7), such that the spacing of all the plug-type contact elements (11) of the multi-pole transverse connector (3) corresponds to the grid dimension of the narrower terminal blocks (2), characterised in that in the current rail (12, 12b) of a wider terminal block there is provided at least one receiving hole (13, 13b) at the distance of the grid dimension for the transverse connector (3) in which an edge area facing an adjacent narrower terminal block (2) is provided, such that for the transverse distribution of the potential, the multi-pole transverse connector (3) can be plugged with its outermost contact element (11) into the current rail (12) of the wider terminal block.
  2. Terminal block assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that in the current rail (12, 12b) of the wider terminal block (1, 1b), two receiving holes (13, 13b) are provided opposite one another in the respective edge areas.

Terminal block assembly according to Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that a wider terminal block (1) is provided with a housing (7) in which the position of the channel(s) (6) for receiving the transverse connector is aligned with the transverse connector receiving channels (5) of the adjacent narrower terminal blocks (2).
  4. Terminal block assembly according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that spaced in the longitudinal direction of the current rail (12, 12b) of the wider terminal block (1, 1b), at least two pairs of receiving holes (13, 13b) in edge positions are provided opposite one another.
  5. Terminal block assembly according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the area of the receiving hole(s) (13) for the transverse connector (3), the current rail (12) of the wider terminal block (1) is made thinner.

Terminal block assembly according to Claim 6, characterised in that the position and size of the channel (6b) for receiving the transverse connector in the wider, adaptor-type terminal block (1b) are such that at least one two-pole transverse connector (17) for transverse bridging to the commercially available terminal block (1a) and at least one multi-pole transverse connector (3) for transverse bridging to the narrower terminal block (2) can both be inserted.
