Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cardboard tube closure according to the
Preamble of
It may be the case with cardboard tubes and in particular cardboard cans necessary, at least one, but possibly both pipe ends or can ends to close. For this purpose, metal floors with a fold or by means Flanging firmly connected to the pipe or can jacket. To achieve Removable closures are usually plastic lids with a End surface, a cylindrical contact area and one inwards standing grip rib used. When the lid is inserted, it is End surface introduced into the inside of the pipe.
The widespread cardboard tubes and cardboard cans are mostly used as Packaging used according to its intended use be eliminated. To make recycling simple and inexpensive allow, the pipes and pipe ends should consist of only one and be made of the same recyclable material. So that means that end caps and lids should also be made of cardboard.
For containers that are also suitable for holding liquids such as end elements with metal layers, which is not the case with the strict regulations for one-component packaging materials is. Only extremely small amounts of plastic and / or sealing wax may be used be provided.
Cardboard lids have already been produced which are known to be used Plastic covers correspond essentially in shape. This usable cardboard lids are too expensive to manufacture and can also not be an exact concern on one inside the can arranged scattering membrane guarantee, at least not if one Cover connection line should lie close to the edge of the jacket.
The invention has now set itself the task of a pipe end Form cardboard that is easy to set up or can be manufactured and is versatile, in particular as a scattering membrane and / or as close to a scattering membrane attachable lid, can be used.
Anspruches 1. Bevorzugte
Ausführungsformen sind durch Merkmale der abhängigen Ansprüche
charakterisiert. The task is solved by realizing the

A cardboard tube jacket is finished with a cardboard end element closed, the end face essentially in the the pipe jacket final level. That means it is only a contact surface of the End element connected to a contact surface of the jacket. By dispensing with two contact surfaces of the end element or two The second contact surfaces simplifies the connection and has, as from the performed tests shows, nevertheless, sufficient strength. In addition the flush pipe end on the end can be used as a scattering membrane be formed. A can with such a diffusing membrane or one any other can can with a lid that can be put over the can is preferably also designed as a pipe closure according to the invention, can be sealed tightly without any problems.
The pipe closure according to the invention is made of cardboard, in many different ways usable and easy to set up or manufacture.
The tubular jacket is cylindrical and preferably has a circular shape Cross-section. In particular, the tubular jacket is wound obliquely to the axis. Around the end element can give a higher stability in its Collar at least one, preferably circular, beads are attached.
To essentially cylindrical connection areas, or with each other To achieve connected contact surfaces, a pressing device is used at least one radially adjustable pressing surface is provided, which according to the Introducing the contact surfaces against this can be pressed. When pressing the inside must have at least one, but preferably several, pressed parts convex pressing surface from a feed position with a smaller pressing surface circumference be movable in a press position with a larger circumference. When pressing outside must have at least one, but preferably several, pressed parts concave pressing surface from a feed position with a larger pressing surface circumference be movable in a press position with a smaller circumference. The outside in the Pressable movable parts can be dimensioned so that they are Form a contiguous closed circumferential line.
When pressing a collar lying on the outside of the jacket, the Pressing is preferably carried out so that the outside of the collar runs flush with the undeformed outer surface of the jacket. Further details of the invention result from the following description of in the drawing explained embodiments.
Dosenabschlussebene angeordnetes Abschlusselement 4, dessen
zumindest teilweise entfernbare Schutzmembran ausgebildet.
According to FIG. 1, a can according to the invention comprises at least one in the

Above the can, a
anschliesst.2 shows various shapes in the connection area of the first and

hinaus ausdehnen. Volumenänderungen ergeben sich bei Änderungen des
Umgebungsdruckes.3a, 3b and 3c show embodiments in which the end element

The invention is not restricted to the illustrated embodiments. In particular, it is clear to the person skilled in the art that the can base can be designed as a pipe end according to the invention; also can Collar, in particular for forming a lid according to the invention, too pressed against the inside of the jacket and connected to it.
