Abstract

Die Form weist mehrere, unten und oben offene Formkammern (3) zur Herstellung von Betonformsteinen auf. Jeder Formkammer (3) ist eine Druckplatte (2) zugeordnet, die über Hydraulikzylinder (7) mit der Auflastplatte (1) der Formmaschine verbunden sind. Alle Hydraulikzylinder (7) sind durch den vorwählbaren Ladedruck eines hydraulischen Speichers (26) gleichmäßig beaufschlagbar, so daß die Druckplatten (2) während des ersten Verdichtungsvorganges bei ungleichmäßiger Befüllung der Formkammern (3) in vertikaler Richtung beweglich sind. Dadurch ergibt sich eine gleichmäßige Verdichtung der Betonmasse in allen Formkammern (3). Nach Beendigung des ersten Verdichtungsvorganges werden die Druckplatten (2) durch den Ladedruck im Speicher (26) in ihre untere Anschlagstellung gefahren und ein Absperrventil (28), das sich in der Verbindungsleitung vom Speicher (26) zu den Hydraulikzylindern (7) befindet, geschlossen. Dadurch sind die Druckplatten (2) in vertikaler Richtung nicht mehr beweglich, sondern starr. In einem zweiten Verdichtungsvorgang wird die Betonmasse in den Formkammern (3), die nach dem ersten Verdichtungsvorgang nachgefüllt wurden, auf eine gleichemäßige Höhe gepreßt.

As a result, the pressure plates (2) are no longer movable in the vertical direction, but rather rigid. In a second compaction process, the concrete mass in the molding chambers (3), which were refilled after the first compaction process, is pressed to a uniform height.
