In order to perform the necessary treatment steps in flexible, top-unsealed bags, such as shaping the filling opening, filling the bags with filling material and then To close, to undergo, are so-called. Row cycle machines used. The prey are guided past the treatment stations in receiving elements, taking multiple prey in different treatment stations at the same time be treated. The weight of the bags is supported on known machines on the bottom surface of the receptacles, i.e. the bags become standing transported. Mechanical or stationary on the receptacles Tools are used to open a bag. after filling too close and seal or weld. To make these functions safe and Known machines are complicated to set up in a reliable manner. Furthermore, the handling of the necessary mechanical elements and the removal the prey from the outside of the receptacles very cumbersome. In the method according to the invention, the bags are held in holding devices hanging transported through the individual treatment stations, at least two holding devices per bag are provided and the bags by relative movement the respective holding devices are changed in shape to one another. Changes in shape means changing the outer shape of the pouch as it is results when the side walls are pulled apart for blowing compressed air or for filling Need to become.
A device for performing the method is characterized in that each receiving element has at least two holding devices for hanging holding of a bag in the upper part thereof, and that the two holding devices are arranged movable relative to each other.
Because the bags are transported hanging, they are independent of the wall thickness of the bags always stable and safe through the individual stations transported. The fact that the two holding devices, each a bag hold, are movable relative to each other, it is possible to move towards each other initiate an opening process on the bags of the two holding devices. By moving the two holding devices away from each other Prey! stretched again with respect to its two side walls and thus closed become. Other parts are for the opening and closing process of the bags not mandatory.
It is particularly advantageous to use two holding devices per bag to hold them Hold in the side areas near the top of the bag.
Advantageously, the two holding devices are used to open the bag moved towards each other and for closing or tensioning the top edge of the bag moved away from each other. With this procedure, it is possible to use the different Perform treatment steps without changing the type of fixation of the Bag change.
The bags are simply held in the holding devices by clamping. In an advantageous embodiment of the device, clamping elements can be used for this purpose be provided.
In a simple embodiment, the filling machine according to the invention comprises clamping elements each with a clamping block and a movable jaw.

A construction in which the release devices are rods is particularly simple include, which are parallel to the first and second carriers.
It is also advantageous if the distance between two holding devices is one Receiving element in the longitudinal direction of the carrier corresponding to the width of a Bag is variably adjustable. So the filling machine can easily for different bag sizes can be used. It is particularly economical if several receiving elements each in a row perpendicular to the direction of movement are arranged so that they the treatment stations simultaneously and synchronously happen. It can simply be provided that each row a first and a second carrier belong. This way it can be done safely and easily accomplish that by moving a carrier, the receiving elements of a whole series can be manipulated at the same time.

hindurch verbunden. Die Feder 7b hält die jeweilige Klammer 1, 3 in geschlossenem
Zustand.
An
In Figure 2, a receiving element is shown, which comprises a pair of

FIG. 6 schematically shows a row of receiving elements with foil bags in

The operation of a filling machine according to the invention for performing the The method according to the invention is described below.
The
As shown in the overview in FIG. 1, the film bags are subsequently attached to
the
As can be seen in FIG. 1, the film bags are opened and inflated
Condition conveyed to the filling
The film bags sealed in this way are conveyed further into an
In a departure from the described embodiment, guide links can also be used
be provided for a multi-stage enlargement of the
The filling machine described thus enables very simple handling of the individual bags in a row clocking machine, which the foil bags in different Undergoes various treatment cycles. The foil bags will not transported upright, but hanging in pairs of brackets. That way you can Foil materials with lower stiffness can be used, since no special Stability is required. When filled, the foil bags still show sufficient stability. Due to the hanging transport of the foil bags their size is irrelevant to the workflow. The opening of the foil pouch by simple relative movement of the retaining clips to each other makes a very simple Solution to this complicated in known devices with standing bags Mechanism.
