Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft hochverschleißfeste Schnecken, Mischerwellen oder ähnliche Maschinenteile zur Verwendung in der Bauindustrie und des baustoffverarbeitenden Gewerbes herkömmlicher Bauweise, wobei auf das metallische Grundmaterial (1) im Bereich der Formschlüssigkeit mit einem Aussengehäuse (2) eine hochverschleißfeste Legierung (3), bestehend aus z. B. 0,75 Anteilen Kohlenstoff, 4,3 Anteilen Silizium, 15 Anteilen Crom, 3,5 Anteilen Eisen, 3,1 Anteilen Bor und restlichen Anteilen Nickel, mit Hilfe unterschiedlicher Auftragsverfahren mit einer Schichtdicke bis zu 1 mm auf Außenkanten (4) und Flanken (5) zum Zwecke der Erhöhung der Standzeiten aufgetragen wird.
