Abstract
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine flächendeckende Verkehrsdatenerfassung, durch welche mit Einfachsensorik und geringem Datenübertragungs- sowie Energieaufwand zuverlässige und hinreichend aussagekräftige Datengrundlagen für unterschiedliche Verkehrsinformations-dienste bereitgestellt werden, derart verbessert bereitzustellen, so daß die erfassten und gesendeten Daten so umfassend und aussagekräftig sowie vom Ergebnis her so eindeutig und sicher wie möglich analysiert und verarbeitet werden. Zur technischen Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung von auf Straßenstrecken, insbesondere Autobahnen, bezogene Verkehrsinformationen, wobei mittels ortsfester Detektoren lokale Erfassungsquerschnitte gebildet, verkehrsbezogene Meßwerte erfaßt, mittels lokaler Rechner vorverarbeitet und auf ein vorgegebenes Datenprotokoll normiert, aggregiert und per drahtloser Übermittlung an eine übergeordnete Datenverarbeitungsanlage übertragen werden, wobei die übertragenen Daten in wenigstens einem Berechnungsverfahren zur Ermittlung von Verkehrsinformationen bearbeitet werden, dessen Eingangsdaten wenigstens Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit v und Verkehrsstärke q sind und das als Ausgangsdaten wenigstens Reisegeschwindigkeit und Verkehrsdichte k an einem Erfassungsquerschnitt hervorbringen kann, wobei die Daten anschließend in wenigstens einem komplexen erweiterten Bearbeitungsverfahren, insbesondere einer auf Fuzzy-Logik basierenden Multi-Modell-Logik, zur Ermittlung von auf Strecken bezogenen Verkehrsinformationen weiterverarbeitet werden. The present invention has for its object to provide a comprehensive traffic data acquisition, by means of which simple sensors and low data transmission and energy expenditure provide reliable and sufficiently meaningful data bases for different traffic information services in such an improved manner that the recorded and transmitted data are so comprehensive and meaningful and analyzed and processed as clearly and safely as possible from the result. To solve this problem technically, the invention proposes a method for determining traffic information related to road routes, in particular highways, wherein local detection cross sections are formed by means of fixed detectors, traffic-related measured values are recorded, preprocessed by means of local computers and standardized, aggregated and per using a predetermined data protocol wireless transmission are transmitted to a higher-level data processing system, the transmitted data being processed in at least one calculation method for determining traffic information, the input data of which are at least vehicle speed v and traffic intensity q and which can produce at least travel speed and traffic density k on a detection cross section as output data, the Data then in at least one complex extended processing method, in particular in a multi-model based on fuzzy logic l Logic, to be further processed to determine route-related traffic information.
