Abstract
Description
gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention is based on a component
according to the preamble of
In switch technology, electrically insulating Components used for example for the transmission of mechanical forces between on different electrical Potential modules. These components are if they are subjected to high mechanical loads, made of fiber-reinforced Made of plastics. Usually as Plastics used epoxy resins, and for reinforcement For example, glass fibers, polyester fibers and the like used. In the manufacture of the components According to one of the known methods, the fibers are corresponding plastics at overpressure or at Normal pressure or impregnated under vacuum, and then after appropriate shape then cured. The so Blanks are mechanically finished and, if this does not take place at the same time as the shape is provided at both ends with fittings for the Introduction of mechanical forces into the insulating body of the component are provided. These well-known Manufacturing processes deliver components that everyone meet operational requirements, however are comparatively expensive and complex to manufacture. When using comparatively long thread Reinforcing fibers must form the transition area between the fiber and the surrounding plastic matrix special attention, otherwise the dielectric strength of the component is not guaranteed is.
From the patent US 4,963,428 it is known that liquid crystal polymers (LCP) in Foil shape using a special extrusion process can be produced.
Bauelement anzugeben, welches besonders massearm, preiswert
und mechanisch hochfest zu erstellen ist.The invention as defined in
The application of LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymers) for mechanically and dielectrically highly stressed components enables these components to be of lower mass to produce the same strength. Especially in the Such components can be used in switch technology use advantageously. However, it is also conceivable that such components in electrical engineering or Transformer construction can be used. LCP is a thermoplastic polyester material, which is in the Temperature range, as it prevails in circuit breakers, can be used advantageously. With the material LCP they are Molecules arranged in a targeted manner. If at the Production of components is taken care that the LCP molecules towards the main ones mechanical stress, so a significantly greater mechanical strength than that of LCP manufactured components achieved, with the same dimensions as conventional, for example from a reinforced Components made of polyester composite.
The LCP material can be processed together with conventional mineral fillers such as quartz powder, aluminum oxide Al 2 O 3 , wollastonite, glass spheres, short glass fibers, synthetic mineral fibers etc. without impairing this molecular alignment too much. Fibers with a length of 10 µm to 1000 µm and a slenderness range from 1: 5 to 1:50 are particularly suitable as fillers.
If high dielectric and high mechanical requirements are placed on the component, so preferably Wollastonite short fibers used as a filler. The The fiber length of these wollastonite short fibers is above specified range. There will be about 15 to 45 percent by volume Wollastonite short fibers added.
These for high dielectric and mechanical loads trained components can be used in switchgear technology both in outdoor switchgear and single-phase and multi-phase metal-enclosed switchgear especially for the transmission of driving forces on the moving parts of circuit breakers or disconnectors. But it is also conceivable for such components only static loads or as Insulators used in switchgear or in transformers fix the high voltage conductors, to use. A variety of others Possible applications are conceivable, especially in areas where there is no dielectric stress occur.
Embodiments of the invention and the achievable therewith Advantages are based on the drawing, which represents only one possible way of execution, closer explained.

In the described embodiments, it proves to be
sensible, the metal parts of the
