Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Zwischenstaplers von flachen Sendungen, insbesondere in Briefbearbeitungsanlagen, der eine auf einem verfahrbaren Stapelwagen (SW) befindliche Einstapelvorrichtung (SR), ein Unterflurband (UB), auf dem die Sendungen quer zu dessen Bewegungsrichtung stehen, und eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung mit einem Abzugsmittel (AR) und einem Sendungssensor (FH2), der die Sendungen an der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung detektiert, aufweist. Zur störungsfreien Beseitigung von Schräglagen des Sendungsstapels an der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung wird bei Überschreitung einer festgelegten Zeit, während welcher keine Sendungen am Abzugsmittel (AR) detektiert werdenn, die Steuerung für den Normalbetrieb des Zwischenstaplers außer Kraft gesetzt, die Sendungszufuhr zum Zwischenstapler unterbrochen, das Unterflurband (UB) gestoppt, der Stapelwagen (SW) in Richtung Vereinzelungsvorrichtung in Bewegung gesetzt. Bei erneuter Detektierung einer Sendung am Abzugsmittel zuzüglich einer zum gemessenen Füllstand des Zwischenstaplers abhängigen, vorzugsweise linear abhängigen Nachlaufzeit wird die Kompressionsbewegung des Stapelwagens (SW) beendet, die Sendungszufuhr zum Zwischenstapler wieder aufgenommen und die Steuerung der Antriebe von Unterflurband (UB) und Stapelwagen (SW) erfolgt wieder im Normalbetrieb.

When a consignment is detected again on the trigger means plus a delay time that is dependent on the measured filling level of the intermediate stacker, preferably linearly dependent, the compression movement of the stacking trolley (SW) is ended, the supply of consignments to the intermediate stacker is resumed and the drives of the underfloor belt (UB) and stacking trolley (SW ) takes place again in normal operation.
