  • identical blade mountings 12 can be used independently of the number of blades 4 in the impeller. Blade mountings of different types and dimensions thus need not be kept in stock.
  • the discs 5 and the border 30 it is sufficient to keep metal sheets in stock since the machining of a metal sheet for manufacturing discs and border can be effected very easily and quickly once the diameter of the discs and the number of blades have been determined. The machining is suitably carried out as laser cutting.
  • the discs 5 and the border 30 need not be made of cor-ten metal sheet or any other metal sheet, but can be manufactured from, for instance, plastic material.

Claims (6)

  1. Propulseur axial destiné à un ventilateur axial comportant
    un moyeu (1) destiné à fixer le propulseur à un arbre,
    une pluralité de supports d'aubes (12), et
    une pluralité d'aubes (4) sensiblement radiales qui sont reliées chacune au moyeu (1), au moyen du support d'aubes (12) et fixées de façon rotative aux supports d'aubes respectifs,
       caractérisé :
    par deux disques parallèles (5) qui sont disposés en regard l'un de l'autre, qui ont sensiblement le même diamètre et qui sont pourvus de trous de boulons (10, 11),
    en ce que le moyeu (1) soutient les deux disques parallèles (5) qui sont boulonnés sur le moyeu (1),
    en ce que les trous de boulons (10, 11) d'un disque (5) sont positionnés en regard des trous de boulons (10, 11) de l'autre disque (5),
    en ce que les supports d'aubes (12) sont disposés entre les disques (5), et
    en ce que les supports d'aubes (12) sont fixés aux disques (5), au moyen de boulons (17, 18) qui passent dans les trous de boulons (10, 11) des disques respectifs (5) et dans les trous traversants de boulons (15, 16) des supports d'aubes (12) respectifs.
  2. Propulseur axial, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les disques (5) sont constitués de feuille de métal.
  3. Propulseur axial, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une bordure circonférentielle (30) entourant les deux disques (5) et comportant des trous traversants (31) destinés aux aubes (4), est fixée aux disques, pour produire un écoulement qui est aérodynamiquement non perturbé par les supports d'aubes (12).
  4. Propulseur axial, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bordure (30) comporte des supports de disques internas (32) qui sont répartis uniformément, le long de la circonférence de la bordure et qui comportent des goupilles (33) qui sont introduites dans des trous de goupilles (34), ménagés dans les disques (5), au voisinage de la circonférence de ceux-ci.
  5. Propulseur axial, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les supports de disques (32) sont déformables d'une manière élastique limitée, dans le sens radial des disques (5).
  6. Propulseur axial, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bordure (30) est constituée de feuille de métal.
