Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kühlmodul für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen eines Fahrzeuges, bestehend aus einem zentralen Wärmetauscher, vorzugsweise als Querstromkühler angeordnet, der Tragzapfen an den Sammelkästen besitzt und mit weiteren Wärmetauschern sowie mit elastisch gelagerten Modulträgern aus Kunststoff, zur Abstützung im Fahrzeug, an denen der zentrale Wärmetauscher und mindestens ein weiterer Wärmetauscher befestigt ist.
Ein solches Kühlmodul kann servicefreundlicher gestaltetet werden und einen geringeren Einbauraum benötigen, wenn das Kühlmodul (1) beidseitig von je einem Modulträger (2;3) abgestützt ist, die zur unabhängigen Halterung von mehreren Wärmetauschern (5; 9; 10) des Kühlmoduls (1) mit elastischen Spannklauen (18) an Tragarmen (19) sowie mit weiteren separaten Befestigungspunkten (7) ausgebildet sind und wenn die Modulträger (2;3) kraft-und formschlüssig an den Sammelkästen (11;12) des zentralen Wärmetauschers (5) befestigt sind und sich dabei über einen wesentlichen Längenabschnitt der Sammelkästen (11;12) erstrecken und diese zumindest teilweise umgreifen und wenn sie mit Aufnahmen (20) ausgebildet sind, um Abdichtleisten (21) zu haltern, die baulich bedingte Luftspalte abdecken.
