Claims (7)

  1. Haarspange, die zwei kammförmige Teile (2) umfasst, die zueinander klappbar montiert sind und normalerweise durch ein elastisches Teil (7) in angenäherter Position gehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (4a, 4b) eines kammförmigen Teils (2) gegenüber von den Zähnen (4a, 4b) des zweiten kammförmigen Teils (2) angeordnet sind, und dadurch, dass zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Zähnen (4a, 4b), der eine (4a) zumindest eine Öffnung (8) aufweist, in die der andere Zahn (4b) eingreift, wenn die beiden Teile sich in völlig oder teilweise angenäherter Position befinden.
  2. Haarspange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (4a, 4b) einen unteren Bereich (4a', 4b') mit relativ schwacher Krümmung, einen mittleren Bereich (4a'', 4b'') mit relativ starker Krümmung, der sich über einen Bogen von ungefähr 90° erstreckt, und einen freien Endbereich (4a''', 4b''') mit relativ schwacher Krümmung aufweisen.
  3. Haarspange nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (8, 80, 81, 82, 84), die an einem Zahn (4a, 40a) angebracht ist, eine ovale, längliche oder dreieckige Form besitzt, oder auf der Seite des freien Zahnendes einen verbreiterten Abschnitt (80a) umfasst, der die Einführung des gegenüberliegenden Zahns begünstigt, und auf der Seite der Zahnbasis einen verschmälerten Abschnitt (80b), der das Einklemmen der Haare begünstigt.
  4. Haarspange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein und derselbe Zahn (40a) zwei längs angeordnete Öffnungen (83) umfasst, in die der gegenüberliegende Zahn nacheinander eingreift, wenn sich die zwei kammförmigen Teile einander nähern.
  5. Haarspange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zahn (40b), der keine Öffnung hat, eine nicht geradlinige Form und/oder einen variablen Abschnitt entlang seiner Länge aufweist.
  6. Haarspange nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zahn (40b), der keine Öffnung hat, eine wellige Form (43) zeigt, oder eine Abfolge von breiteren und schmäleren Abschnitten (44a), oder auch einen breiteren Teil (42a) an seiner Basis und ein schmaleres Endteil (42b), die dem Zweck dienen, mit einer Öffnung (80) in entsprechender Form zusammenzuwirken.
  7. Haarspange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne mit einer oder mehreren Öffnungen und die Zähne ohne Öffnung abwechselnd auf ein und demselben Teil, und zwar in regelmässiger oder nicht regelmässiger Weise, angeordnet sind, oder dass alle Zähne mit einer Öffnung auf dem gleichen Teil angeordnet sind, während das zweite Teil alle Zähne ohne Öffnung umfasst.
