Abstract
Eine Mischvorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Gemisches aus Gas und Verbrennungsluft für einen Brenner benutzt als Mischraum eine Venturi-Düse, in deren Düsenhals (10) das Gas (G) über einen Ringspalt (8) etwa tangential in den Luftstrom (A) eingesaugt wird. Ein einziger Drosselkörper (9) ist in der Düse axial frei beweglich und wird durch den Gemischstrom in eine Gleichgewichtsposition verschoben, in welcher entweder das Gewicht des Drosselkörpers (9) oder die Kraft einer diesen in Schließrichtung vorspannenden Feder dem Differenzdruck am Drosselkörper (9) das Gleichgewicht hält. A mixing device for producing a mixture of gas and combustion air for a burner uses a Venturi nozzle as the mixing chamber, in the nozzle neck (10) of which the gas (G) is sucked in approximately tangentially into the air stream (A) via an annular gap (8). A single throttle body (9) is axially freely movable in the nozzle and is moved by the mixture flow into an equilibrium position in which either the weight of the throttle body (9) or the force of a spring biasing it in the closing direction the differential pressure on the throttle body (9) Keeps balance.
