Description
Claims (8)
- Deckschichten für schnellbefahrene Straßen bestehend aus einer Schicht aus Gußasphalt mit Splittabstreuung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gußasphalt in Abständen von 10 bis 80 mm kleine Bereiche von 1 bis 10 mm Größe aufweist, die in der Lage sind, gepreßte Luft aufzunehmen.
- Deckschichten gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleinen Bereiche in Form von Längsstreifen vorliegen, in denen Einkornsplitt mit enger Korngrößenverteilung eingebettet ist.
- Deckschichten gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleinen Bereiche ganz oder teilweise aus hochporösen, harten Keramikteilchen bestehen mit enger Korngrößenverteilung.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Deckschichten für schnellbefahrene Straßen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst eine Schicht aus Gußasphalt aufgetragen wird, in die im noch heißen Zustand im Abstand von 10 bis 80 mm kleine Bereiche von 1 bis 10 mm Größe eingebaut werden, die in der Lage sind, gepreßte Luft aufzunehmen, woraufhin in an sich bekannter Weise mit Splitt abgestreut und gegebenenfalls gewalzt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die noch heiße Schicht des Gußasphalts im Abstand von 10 bis 80 mm Längsrillen eingebracht werden, in die Einkornsplitt mit enger Korngrößenverteilung eingestreut wird, wobei die Breite der Längsrillen mindestens 1 mm größer ist als der maximale Durchmesser des Einkornsplitts, aber nur so groß ist, daß maximal zwei Körner des Einkornsplitts nebeneinander liegen können, woraufhin gegebenenfalls durch Walzen die Rillen wieder zusammengedrückt werden, wobei die Körner des Einkornsplitts in den noch heißen Gußasphalt eingebettet werden, woraufhin in an sich bekannter Weise mit Splitt abgestreut und gegebenenfalls nochmals gewalzt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die noch heiße Asphaltschicht hochporöse, harte Keramikteilchen mit enger Korngrößenverteilung aufgestreut und eingewalzt werden.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gemisch aus Einkornsplitt und hochporösen, harten Keramikteilchen annähernd gleicher Korngrößenverteilung verwendet wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den noch heißen Gußasphalt in regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Abständen Löcher eingepreßt werden, deren Durchmesser mindestens 1 mm größer ist als der maximale Durchmesser der Keramikteilchen, aber nur so groß ist, daß maximal zwei Körner nebeneinander liegen können, woraufhin überschüssige Mengen der Keramikteilchen aufgestreut, die nicht in den Löchern eingedrungenen Anteile der Keramikteilchen entfernt und die in die Löcher eingedrungenen Anteile durch Walzen in den Löchern festgedrückt werden, woraufhin in an sich bekannter Weise mit Splitt abgestreut und eingewalzt wird.
