Abstract

Beschrieben ist ein Endgehäuse für einen Steckverbinder, bestehend aus einem zylindrischen metallischen Teil (1), in das das ein Schirmgeflecht (21) aufweisendes Kabel (20) eingesetzt wird, und dass Mittel zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Kontakts zwischen Schirmgeflecht und Endgehäuse aufweist. Innerhalb des Endgehäuses (1) ist eine nicht-metallische Hülse (2) vorgesehen, die sich im Wesentlichen axial erstreckende und radial nach innen federnde Stege (3) aufweist. Ferner ist ein metallischer Klemmring (4) vorgesehen, dessen eines Ende (4 B) derart in axialer Richtung über die Stege (3) schiebbar ist, dass zwischen den Stegen (3) und dem Klemmring (4) das Schirmgeflecht (21) geklemmt wird. Eine Anlagefläche des Klemmrings (4) liegt an einer Andrückfläche (1 B) des Endgehäuses (1) an.

The invention relates to an end housing for a plug connector, consisting of a cylindrical metallic part (1) into which the cable (20) having a braided shield (21) is inserted, and which has means for establishing electrical contact between the braided shield and the end housing. A non-metallic sleeve (2) is provided inside the end housing (1) and has webs (3) that extend essentially axially and spring radially inwards. Furthermore, a metallic clamping ring (4) is provided, one end (4 B) of which can be pushed in the axial direction over the webs (3) in such a way that the screen braid (21) is clamped between the webs (3) and the clamping ring (4) . A contact surface of the clamping ring (4) bears against a pressing surface (1 B) of the end housing (1).
