Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Steckverbinder mit Schnellverriegelung, welcher ein erstes Steckerelement (1), ein zweites Steckerelement (2), einen Verriegelungsring (3) und eine Entriegelungshülse (7) aufweist. Das erste Steckerelement (1) ist mit einer äußeren umlaufenden Nut (5) versehen. Durch eine innere umlaufenden Nut (6) am zweiten Steckerelement (2) ist der Verriegelungsring (3) fixiert. Ferner sind am Verriegelungsring (3) radial nach innen weisende und in Einschubrichtung (X) des ersten Steckerelementes (1) geneigte Rastzungen (4) angeformt. Diese Rastzungen (4) dringen in einem Verriegelungszustand des Steckverbinders elastisch in die Nut (5) am ersten Steckerelement ein. Die Entriegelungshülse (7) ist axial auf dem zweiten Steckerelement (2) verschiebbar. Im Inneren weist die Entriegelungshülse (7) ein zylindrisches, in Einschubrichtung (X) des ersten Steckerelementes (1) ragendes Entriegelungsorgan (8) auf. Durch das Entriegelungsorgan (8) sind die freien Enden der Rastzungen (4) nach außen drückbar sind. Der Verriegelungsring (3) ist scheibenförmig und weist eine geschlossene, im wesentlichen schmale Form auf.

The invention relates to an electrical plug connector with quick locking, which has a first plug element (1), a second plug element (2), a locking ring (3) and an unlocking sleeve (7). The first plug element (1) is provided with an outer circumferential groove (5). The locking ring (3) is fixed by an inner circumferential groove (6) on the second connector element (2). Furthermore, locking tongues (4) are formed on the locking ring (3), which point radially inwards and are inclined in the insertion direction (X) of the first plug element (1). When the connector is locked, these latching tongues (4) elastically penetrate into the groove (5) on the first connector element. The unlocking sleeve (7) can be moved axially on the second plug element (2). Inside, the unlocking sleeve (7) has a cylindrical unlocking member (8) projecting in the direction of insertion (X) of the first plug element (1). The free ends of the locking tongues (4) can be pressed outwards by the unlocking member (8). The locking ring (3) is disc-shaped and has a closed, essentially narrow shape.
