Abstract

Ce dispositif, qui est destiné à coopérer avec les crochets de suspension d'un étendage, est composé :
  • d'une ventouse (1) à levier dont le corps (2), en forme de cloche circuiaire, comporte une excroissance (5) parallèle à un diamètre ayant une face en bout plane et sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui de la ventouse,
  • d'une barre de fixation (9) rectiligne et transversale ayant une portée centrale plane venant en appui sur la face en bout de l'excroissance du corps,
  • et d'un moyen de fixation assurant la liaison de la barre avec l'excroissance du corps de ventouse.

Description

L'invention est relative à la fixation d'un étendage contre une paroi et concerne plus particulièrement les étendages pliants composés de cadres qui, en fil métallique ou en tube, portent des traverses d'étendages, sont articulés, sont associés à des moyens de calage en position d'utilisation et sont munis de crochets pour leur fixation sur un radiateur ou sur un barreau.
Pour sécher le linge, il est connu d'utiliser divers types d'étendages dont certains nécessitent d'être fixés sur au moins l'une des parois de l'habitation, alors que d'autres sont sur pieds et déplaçables et pliables, ou sont accrochables sur un radiateur.
Les étendages fixes nécessitent de réaliser des trous de fixation dans les parois, ce qui, d'une part, n'est pas à la portée de tous, et, d'autre part, détériore la paroi et entraíne des pénalités lorsque le locataire quitte son logement.
Les étendages se fixant sur les radiateurs présentent l'avantage de n'assurer aucune détérioration des locaux mais ont, pour inconvénient, de ne pouvoir être fixés que dans les zones du local comportant des radiateurs. De la sorte, ils ne peuvent être utilisés qu'en complément d'un étendage ou uniquement pour de petites lessives.
La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à ces inconvénients en fournissant un dispositif pour la fixation d'un étendage muni de crochets de suspension qui ne nécessite aucun trou de fixation et permet de disposer l'étendage contre toute paroi lisse, telle que carrelage ou vitrage.
Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention est composé :
  • d'une ventouse à levier dont le corps, en forme de cloche circulaire, comporte une excroissance parallèle à un diamètre ayant une face en bout plane et sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui de la ventouse,
  • d'une barre de fixation rectiligne et transversale ayant une portée centrale plane venant en appui sur la face en bout de l'excroissance du corps,
  • et d'un moyen de fixation assurant la liaison de la barre avec l'excroissance du corps de ventouse.
Ce dispositif peut se fixer sur toute surface lisse, et en particulier dans une salle de bain, et permet ainsi, par sa barre transversale, la fixation de tout étendage comportant des crochets. Après utilisation, l'étendage peut être dégagé et voire même replié et le dispositif de fixation peut être soit retiré, soit laissé en place, compte tenu de son faible encombrement.
En multipliant les dispositifs de fixation et donc les étendages, il est possible de disposer d'une grande longueur d'étendage dans un espace réduit, par exemple au-dessus d'une baignoire, en utilisant ainsi cette baignoire comme récipient d'accueil des gouttes d'égouttage.
La fixation du dispositif sur une paroi quelconque s'effectue très aisément par la seule manipulation du levier de la ventouse, c'est à dire par une manoeuvre à la portée de quiconque, et sans que la paroi réceptrice soit détériorée.
D'autres caractéristiques ressortiront de la description qui suit en référence au dessin annexé.
  • Figure 1 est une vue de face en élévation d'une forme d'exécution du dispositif de fixation,
  • Figure 2 est une vue partielle de côté en coupe suivant II-II de figure 1 montrant une forme d'exécution des moyens de fixation de la barre transversale sur le corps de ventouse,
  • Figure 3 est une vue de côté en élévation, avec coupe partielle, montrant le dispositif lorsqu'il est mis en oeuvre un étendage à crochets.
    • Dans ce dessin, la référence 2 désigne le corps, en forme de cloche circulaire, d'une ventouse 1 comprenant également une membrane élastiquement déformable 3 en forme de disque. Cette membrane est solidaire en son centre d'un axe, non représenté, déplaçable par un levier articulé 4. Le corps 2 est solidaire d'une excroissance 5 qui, dans la forme d'exécution représentée, est décalée par rapport au plan diamétral du corps et à son axe longitudinal qui est parallèle à un diamètre. Cette excroissance est dotée d'une face en bout plane 6 qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui contre laquelle la ventouse doit être plaquée. De la face en bout 6, débouche un alésage fileté 7 constitué, par exemple, par la partie interne d'un insert 8, noyé dans la matière synthétique constituant le corps 2 de la ventouse.
    Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte également une barre de fixation 9 qui est rectiligne et s'étend transversalement de part et d'autre de l'excroissance 5, et sensiblement parallèlement à la paroi contre laquelle la ventouse est fixée.
    Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, la partie centrale de la barre 9 est munie de deux portées centrales planes constituées par deux méplats 10a, 10b qui sont formés par écrasement local du tube constituant la barre. Cette partie centrale est traversée par un alésage lisse 11, visible figure 2.
    A chacune de ses extrémités, la barre est munie d'un retour 12 coudé vers le haut et formant arrêt pour les crochets de l'étendage. Sa longueur est adaptée à l'intervalle entre les crochets 13 d'un étendage du type représenté à la figure 3, cette longueur étant, en général, comprise entre 30 et 50 centimètres.
    Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 1, la fixation de la barre 9 sur le corps 2 de la ventouse est assurée par une vis 14 dont la tige traverse l'alésage 11 de la barre, l'alésage d'une rondelle 15 et se visse dans l'alésage fileté 7 du corps 2, tandis que la tête prend appui sur le méplat 10b supérieur, ménagé sur la partie centrale de la barre.
    Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 2, la partie filetée inférieure 16a, d'un goujon fileté 16, à collerette 17, est vissée dans l'alésage fileté 7 de l'excroissance 5 jusqu'à appui de la collerette 17 sur la face en bout 6 de cette excroissance, tandis que la partie supérieure filetée 16b du goujon traverse librement l'alésage 11 de la barre 9 pour recevoir un bouchon fileté 18. Lorsque ce bouchon fileté est complètement vissé sur le goujon, il ménage entre lui et le méplat 10b de la barre 9 un jeu axial J. Ce jeu, fortement exagéré à la figure 2, permet le débattement angulaire de la barre 9 par rapport au corps 2 de la ventouse, par exemple, pour adapter la position de cette barre à la configuration de la paroi.
    Comme le montre la figure 3, lorsque le dispositif selon l'invention est fixé contre une paroi 20, la barre 9 est disposée sensiblement horizontalement. Elle peut ainsi recevoir, sur ses parties disposées de part et d'autre du corps 2 de la ventouse, les crochets 13 d'un étendage 22 comprenant au moins un cadre métallique 23 avec des traverses 24.
    Lorsque l'étendage n'est plus utile, il peut être plié en dégageant ainsi le local dans lequel il est disposé. Le dispositif de fixation peut également être retiré, mais en raison de son encombrement réduit, il peut être laissé sur place.
    Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention peut être utilisé sur toutes parois lisses, telles que carrelage ou vitrage de salle de bain, de W-C., de pièces diverses, sans que sa mise en place ou son extraction, provoque une quelconque détérioration.
    Enfin, un même dispositif de fixation peut être utilisé avec différents types d'étendage puisque ceux-ci ont des crochets qui sont conçus pour s'adapter sur différents types de radiateurs.

    Claims (5)

    1. Dispositif de fixation d'un étendage dans lequel l'étendage (22) est muni de crochets (13) de suspension, caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé :
      d'une ventouse à levier dont le corps (2), en forme de cloche circulaire, comporte une excroissance (5) parallèle à un diamètre et ayant une face en bout (6), plane et sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui de la ventouse,
      d'une barre de fixation (9), rectiligne et transversale, ayant une portée centrale plane (10a) venant en appui sur la face (6) en bout de l'excroissance (5) du corps,
      et d'un moyen de fixation (14, 16, 17) assurant la liaison de la barre (9) avec l'excroissance (5) du corps de ventouse.
    2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre de fixation (9) est constituée par un tube dont la partie centrale comporte deux méplats opposés (10a et 10b) et est traversée par un alésage (11) pour le passage du moyen de fixation sur le corps de ventouse.
    3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la barre de fixation (9) comporte, à chacune de ses extrémités, des retours (12), coudés vers le haut et formant arrêt pour les crochets de l'étendage.
    4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'excroissance du corps (2) est munie d'un alésage fileté (7) débouchant de sa face en bout plane (6) et le moyen de fixation est constitué par une vis (14) dont la tige traverse l'alésage (11) de la barre (9), une rondelle intermédiaire (15) et se visse dans l'excroissance (5), tandis que sa tête prend appui sur la barre.
    5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'excroissance (5) du corps (2) est munie d'un alésage fileté (7) débouchant de sa face en bout (6) et le moyen de fixation de la barre de fixation (9) est constitué par un goujon fileté (16) à collerette (17) dont une extrémité (16a) se visse dans l'alésage (7) de l'excroissance (5), jusqu'à appui de la collerette (17) sur la face plane (6) de celle-ci, et dont l'autre extrémité (16b) reçoit un bouton fileté (19) qui, lorsqu'il est vissé à fond, ménage un jeu axial (J) entre lui et la barre (9) pour tolérer les débattements angulaires de cette barre.
