Claims (5)
- Anlage zum Destillieren, insbesondere von Kohle; welche folgendes aufweist:im oberen Abschnitt eine Folge von in Querrichtung verlaufenden Zellen zur Aufnahme (7) und zur Erwärmung (8), die miteinander abwechselnd angeordnet sind, wobei die Aufnahmezellen (7) zum Aufnehmen eines zu destillierenden Materials (M) bestimmt sind und die Erwärmungszellen (8) mindestens eine Einrichtung zur Flammenbildung aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Aufnahmezellen (7) durch deren gemeinsame vertikale Wandung (8C) hindurch zu erwärmen;im unteren Abschnitt eine Abfolge von in Querrichtung verlaufenden Zellen (12, 13);Verbindungsleitungen (15, 16, 17), welche die Erwärmungszellen mit den quer verlaufenden Zellen (12, 13) im unteren Abschnitt verbinden;Einrichtungen zur selektiven, zumindest indirekten Ansteuerung des Durchtritts gasförmiger Strömungsmittel (2 - 5) zu den Zellen (12, 13) pro Betriebsperiode;wobei jede Erwärmungszelle (8) mit vier getrennten Zellen (12, 13) im unteren Abschnitt (1) der Anlage verbunden ist, jede Erwärmungszelle (8) in zwei Halbzellen (8A) unterteilt ist, von denen jede jeweils an eine der Aufnahmezellen (7) zu beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Erwärmungszelle angrenzt, und wobei sich in einer Ebene (P), welche die beiden Halbzellen, die mittels eines Ablenkteils miteinander verbunden sind, voneinander trennt, eine Mittelwandung (8B) erstreckt,
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden nahe der Ebene (P) liegenden und senkrecht zu einer Halbzelle (8A) zur Erwärmung angeordneten Zellen (13) jeweils einen Querschnitt aufeisen, der im wesentlichen gleich dem halben Querschnitt einer von der Ebene (P) entfernt liegenden Zelle (12) ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Anlage gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Höhe jeder der beiden Seitenwandungen (8C), welche jeweils die ausgewählte Aufnahmezelle (7) von zwei aneinandergrenzenden Erwärmungszellen trennen, mindestens eine Flamme gebildet wird, und dass während einer gegebenen halben Betriebsperiode der Brennstofffluss (2) und der Fluss des Sauerstoffträgers (4) die Zellen durchströmen, von denen jede zuvor durch einen Strom des Verbrennungsprodukts wieder erwärmt wurde, der während einer halben Betriebsperiode vor der jeweils aktuellen Betriebsperiode durch die Zelle geflossen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von einer Erwärmungszelle (8) abgegebenen Verbrennungsprodukte (5) durch zwei voneinander getrennte Zellen (12, 13) im unteren Abschnitt während einer halben Betriebsperiode ausgetragen werden, wohingegen während der anderen halben Betriebsperiode der Fluss des Sauerstoffträgers (4) und der Brennstofffluss (2) jeweils durch eine dieser Zellen (12, 13) strömen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während einer halben Betriebsperiode mindestens eine Flamme in Höhe jeder der beiden Seitenwandungen (8C) gebildet wird, welche jede ausgewählte Aufnahmezelle (7) von zwei aneinander grenzenden Erwärmungszellen trennen, und dass während der anschließenden halben Betriebsperiode dieser Erwärmungsmodus neuen ausgewählten Aufnahmezellen (7) zugute kommt.
