Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Positionierung eines Tintendruckkopfes und einer
Reinigungs- und Dichtvorrichtung, insbesondere in einer Frankier- und/oder
Adressiermaschine, bei der die Druckträger mittels einer
Transporteinrichtung an einem Druckfenster in einer Führungsplatte
entlanggeführt werden.
Es wird eine Verbesserung der der Druckqualität angestrebt.
Aufgabengemäß soll eine Vorrichtung geschaffen werden, mit der ein
hinter einer Führungsplatte in einem Druckfenster stationär angeordneter
Tintendruckkopf (TDK) aus einer definiert einstellbaren Druckposition
in eine Reinigungsposition und/oder Dichtposition und zurück
einstellbar ist, und mit der eine dem Tintendruckkopf angepaßte Reinigungs- und Dichtvorrichtung (RDV) an den Tintendruckkopf positionsgenau
und funktionsgerecht ankoppelbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß ist der TDK 2 schwenkbar befestigt und die RDV 3
gleichfalls hinter der Führungsplatte 1, aber linear verstellbar auf den
TDK 2 zu und von diesem wieder weg, angeordnet, und für die Verstellung
des TDK 2 und der RDV 3 ist ein gemeinsames Getriebe 4 vorgesehen,
das von einem nur in einer Drehrichtung laufenden Motor 5
angetrieben wird. TDK 2, RDV 3 und Getriebe 4 nebst Motor 5 sind zu
einer kompakten Baugruppe zusammengefaßt, die justierbar an der
Transporteinrichtung 9 befestigt ist.
Einerseits wird damit eine definierte Lage der Düsenebene und der
Düsenreihen des TDK 2 zur Aufzeichnungsebene des Druckträgers 92
und andererseits wird eine definierte Lage der Düsenfläche und des
andockenden Teils der RDV 3 zueinder erreicht.

According to the task, a device is to be created with which an ink print head (TDK) which is arranged behind a guide plate in a print window can be adjusted from a defined adjustable print position into a cleaning position and / or sealing position and back, and with which a cleaning and sealing device adapted to the ink print head (RDV) can be coupled to the ink print head in a positionally correct and functional manner.
According to the invention, the TDK 2 is pivotally attached and the RDV 3 is also arranged behind the guide plate 1, but linearly adjustable towards and away from the TDK 2, and a common gear 4 is provided for the adjustment of the TDK 2 and the RDV 3 , which is driven by a motor 5 running only in one direction of rotation. TDK 2, RDV 3 and transmission 4 together with motor 5 are combined to form a compact assembly which is fastened to the transport device 9 in an adjustable manner.
On the one hand, a defined position of the nozzle plane and the nozzle rows of the TDK 2 with respect to the recording plane of the print carrier 92 is achieved, and on the other hand a defined position of the nozzle surface and the docking part of the RDV 3 is achieved.
