Claims (10)
- Connecteur électrique formé de deux parties (1, 2) comprenant chacune un boítier (5, 8) dans lequel au moins un contact (3, 4) comportant une collerette de retenue (12) est maintenu par un isolant (6, 7; 9, 10) en étant enfiché depuis le côté arrière dans l'isolant et retenu dans ce dernier par sa collerette, caractérisé par le fait que l'isolant de chaque partie de connecteur (1, 2) est divisé transversalement à la direction d'enfichage des contacts en une partie avant (6, 9) et une partie arrière (7, 10) comprenant des moyens de positionnement (20, 21, 26, 27) permettant de les maintenir dans une première position réciproque dans laquelle elles sont espacées l'une de l'autre et dans une seconde position réciproque dans laquelle elles sont rapprochées l'une de l'autre, que la partie arrière (7, 10) comporte, pour chaque contact (3, 4), des moyens de rétention (23) permettant le passage de la collerette (12) du contact (3, 4) en subissant une déformation élastique à leur franchissement par ladite collerette, et que la partie avant (6, 9) comporte, pour chaque contact (3, 4), des moyens de condamnation (15) qui sont conçus poura) ne pas agir sur les moyens de rétention (23) de la partie arrière dans ladite première position, etb) coopérer avec les moyens de rétention (23) de la partie arrière pourb1) interdire le passage de ladite première position à ladite seconde position lorsqu'une collerette de retenue (12) d'un contact (3, 4) n'a franchi que partiellement les moyens de rétention (23), etb2) interdire à une collerette de retenue (12) d'un contact de franchir les moyens de rétention (23) dans ladite seconde position.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de rétention comprennent, pour chaque contact, au moins un élément de rétention (23) conformé de manière à s'écarter par déformation élastique au passage d'une collerette, et que lesdits moyens de condamnation comprennent, pour chaque contact, un élément d'immobilisation dudit élément de rétention dans ladite seconde position.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de rétention comprend, pour chaque contact, plusieurs doigts (23) en porte-à-faux faisant saillie à la manière de pétales sur la partie arrière en direction de la partie avant et que l'élément d'immobilisation comprend un logement (15) formé dans la partie avant de telle manière que les doigts (23) puissent s'engager dans ledit logement uniquement s'ils ne sont pas écartés et ne puissent pas s'écarter lorsqu'ils sont engagés dans ledit logement.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le logement (15) se termine du côté éloigné de la partie arrière par un épaulement (14) servant de butée de limitation de la profondeur d'enfichage des contacts.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque doigt (23) comporte, sur le côté intérieur, un bossage (24) entre son raccordement à la partie arrière et son extrémité libre.
- Connecteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de positionnement sur les deux parties (6, 7; 9, 10) de l'isolant comprennent des moyens d'encliquetage réalisés d'une seule pièce avec les deux parties.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'encliquetage comprennent, sur l'une des parties, une patte (20) en porte-à-faux, en saillie vers l'autre partie de manière à pouvoir fléchir élastiquement, cette patte portant une dent (21) à son extrémité libre, et sur l'autre partie deux crans (26, 27) transversaux espacés de manière à permettre l'encliquetage de ladite dent dans l'un et l'autre desdits crans.
- Connecteur suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que ladite patte (20) est formée sur l'une des deux parties de manière à fléchir vers l'extérieur, dans une position telle que cette flexion soit interdite par le boítier (5, 8) lorsque les deux parties sont montées dans le boítier.
- Connecteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens (28) de blocage des deux parties (6, 7; 9, 10) de l'isolant dans le boítier (5, 8), dans ladite seconde position, sont formés sur l'une desdites parties.
- Connecteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les deux parties (6, 7; 9, 10) de l'isolant sont moulées en matière plastique, sans reprise d'usinage, avec lesdits moyens de positionnement, de rétention, de condamnation et de blocage.
