Claims (12)

  1. Gymnastic apparatus for cardiovascular exercise in aerobic sports, having four vertical supporting members (2) located at the corners of a rectangle and on which a resilient belt or rope (5) looped around the four supporting members (2) is arranged adjustable in height, characterized in that the supporting members (2) are arranged in the corner areas of a rectangular, 30 to 50 cm wide and 75 to 150 cm long platform (1), said platform (1) being in the form of a cushioning and absorbing plastic hollow moulding (16) and its upper side being provided with a non-skid layer and its contact surface (12) with the ground consisting of a non-skid material.
