Definitions
- the invention relates to a slatted frame, in particular for a couch, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Slatted frames of the type mentioned are well known.
- the articulated elements of the slatted frame are used to support various body parts of a lying on the slatted person.
- a head and upper body supporting element is commonly referred to as a head element.
- An element supporting the feet and legs, on the other hand, is referred to as a foot element.
- Between head element and foot element at least one further element is arranged in known slatted frames, which serves to support the buttocks part and is referred to as a buttocks element.
- the present invention is based on the problem to provide a slatted frame, on the one hand avoids the above-described disadvantage and on the other hand can be produced with little design effort.
- the invention is therefore based on the idea not to move the free end of the element to be pivoted on a circular path, but on a vertical path.
- the horizontal movement component of the free end which usually arises during the pivoting of the element, is compensated for by the horizontal displaceability of the elements relative to the frame.
- the coupling element is important, which causes the horizontal displacement of the elements relative to the frame during pivoting of the element. This solution is particularly simple design effort.
- the slatted frames shown in the drawing are mainly used in beds, hospital beds or the like. They serve to support a person lying on the couch or in a hospital bed.
- Fig. 1 to 8 show a slatted base 20 according to a first embodiment of the invention in various representations.
- the slatted frame 20 shown there has a frame 21 and four articulated elements 22, 23, 24, 25.
- the frame 21 need not be part of the slatted frame 20. It can also form the body of the couch or the like, on or on which the elements 22, 23, 24, 25 are supported.
- the slatted frame 20 is then formed essentially only of the elements 22, 23, 24, 25. In each case two adjacent elements 22, 23 and 23, 24 and 24, 25 are connected to each other via a joint 26, 27 and 28, respectively.
- the frame 21 is formed by two mutually parallel longitudinal beams 29 and perpendicular to the longitudinal members 29 extending transverse beams 30.
- the elements 22, 23, 24, 25 of the slatted frame 20 serve to support different body parts of a person resting on the slatted base, not shown.
- the lateral or outer element 22 serves to support an upper body and head of the person lying on the slatted base 20 and is therefore also referred to as a head element.
- the likewise outer or lateral element 25, in contrast, serves to support the feet and legs of the person resting on the slatted base 20 and is therefore also referred to as a foot element.
- the elements 23, 24 are arranged between the outer or lateral elements 22, 25 - ie between the head element and foot element -.
- the elements 23, 24 of the slatted frame 20 serve to support a buttocks and the thigh of the resting on the slatted frame 20 person.
- the element 23 is therefore usually referred to as a buttocks element, the element 24 as a leg member.
- the peculiarity of the slatted frame 20 is the fact that on the one hand, the elements 23, 24, 25 are formed displaceable relative to the frame 21 in the horizontal direction and on the other hand, the element to be pivoted 22 - ie the head element - the same on both sides via a coupling member 31st connected to the frame 21.
- This ensures that upon pivoting of the element 22, a free end 32 of the element 22 is moved up and down exclusively in the vertical direction.
- the usually arising during pivoting of the element 22 movement component in the horizontal direction is compensated, so that the free end 32 of the element 22 is immovable in the horizontal direction.
- the element 23 - ie the seat element - horizontally displaceable on the frame 21 is mounted.
- 21 guide rails 33 are arranged on the longitudinal beams 29 of the frame, which are fixed immovably to the longitudinal members 29 of the frame 21.
- the element 23 is mounted horizontally displaceable.
- the elements 23 laterally limiting joints 26, 27 engage with means, not shown in detail in the guide rails 33 a. It is also possible that the joints 26, 27 slide along guide rails formed at right angles.
- the coupling member 31 is connected on the one hand to the element 22 - ie to the head element - and on the other hand to the frame 21.
- the coupling member 31 With a first end portion 34, the coupling member 31 is connected via a first hinge 35 to the frame 21, namely with the cross member 30 of the frame 21.
- the coupling member 31 With a first end portion 34 opposite the second end portion 36, the coupling member 31 via a second joint 37 with the element to be pivoted 22 - that is connected to the head element.
- the first joint 35 is in this case stationary on the frame 21, namely on the cross member 30, arranged.
- the second hinge 37 is together with the element 22 with respect to the frame 21st pivotable.
- the coupling members 31 are attached to the end portion 34 not on the frame 21, but on another, relative to the element 22 (head member) non-pivoting means.
- the coupling members 31 may be connected to the end portion 34, e.g. also be attached to a wall surface, floor space or a footboard.
- This drive is preferably designed as an electric motor and positioned directly in the joint 26.
- the drive is able to absorb all occurring moments and forces. Accordingly acts on the coupling members 31, which cause the forced displacement of the elements 22, 23, 24, 25 during pivoting of the element 22, almost exclusively a tensile load. All other moments and forces are absorbed by the drive. Accordingly, the coupling members 31 may also be referred to as tension members.
- the joints 27, 28 not shown in detail drives assigned to the Veschwenkles of the elements 23, 24 and 24, 25 to each other. That the joints 26, 27, 28 are each assigned as drives designed as electric motors, is illustrated in Fig. 3 to 8, characterized in that the joints 26, 27, 28 clearly above the elements 22, 23, 24, 25 protrude.
- the guide rails 33 have over the longitudinal beams 29 of the slatted base 20 via a slightly inclined course.
- the inclination is such that upon a downward movement of the element 22 and thus upon pivoting of the element 22 from the inclined position shown in FIG. 1 in the horizontal position shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal displacement of the elements 22, 23, 24, 25 facilitates becomes.
- Due to the inclined course of the guide rails 33 thus creates a force that facilitates the downward movement of the element 22 in the position shown in FIG. 2, the substantially horizontal displaceability of the element 23 in the slightly inclined guide rails 33.
- the coupling members 31 may be formed in different ways.
- the coupling members 31 are formed as ropes.
- a tensile force is exerted to ensure the forced displacement of the elements 22, 23, 24, 25.
- the coupling members 31 it is also possible to form the coupling members 31 as rods. Upon pivoting of the element 22 in the inclined position, the rods in turn exert a tensile force to ensure the positive displacement of the elements 22, 23, 24, 25.
- a slatted base 38 according to a second exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 9 to 16.
- the slatted frame 38 shown there also has a frame 39 and four articulated elements 40, 41, 42, 43. Two adjacent elements 40, 41 and 41, 42 and 42, 43 are in turn connected by a respective joint 44, 45, 46 with each other.
- the frame 39 of the slatted base 38 is formed by two longitudinal bars 47 running parallel to one another and transverse bars 48 extending transversely to the longitudinal bars 47.
- the element 40 is again designed as a head element, the element 43 as a foot element.
- the elements 41, 42 are the seat elements already described in connection with the slatted base 20 according to FIGS. 1 to 8 and leg elements.
- the elements 40, 41, 42, 43 of the slatted frame 38 according to FIGS. 9 to 16 are horizontally displaceable relative to the frame 39.
- the element 41 is mounted horizontally displaceable in guide rails 49 fixed to the longitudinal members 47 of the frame 39.
- guide rails 49 With regard to details with respect to the configuration of the guide rails 49, reference is made to the statements made to the guide rails 33 of the slatted frame 20 according to FIGS. 1 to 8.
- the coupling members 50 are connected to the frame 39 with a first end portion 51 via a first joint 52.
- each of the coupling elements 50 arranged next to the element 40 is connected via a second hinge 54 to the element 40 to be pivoted.
- the slatted frames 20 and 38 are formed consistently. Accordingly, even with the slatted frame 38 according to FIGS. 9 to 16 it is ensured that upon pivoting of the element 40 a free end 55 of the element 40 is moved up and down only in the vertical direction, while the free end 55 is immovable in the horizontal direction.
- the slatted frame 38 according to FIGS. 9 to 16 differs from the slatted frame 20 according to FIGS. 1 to 8 by the configuration of the drive for pivoting the elements 40, 41, 42, 43. While in the slatted base 20 according to FIGS. 1 to 8, each joint 26 , 27, 28 of two adjacent elements 22, 23 and 23, 24 and 24, 25 each associated with a separate drive, the slatted frame 38 according to FIG. 9 to 16, a single drive 56 for pivoting the elements 40, 41, 42nd 43 provided.
- the drive 56 is preferably designed as an electric motor.
- Each of the axes of rotation 57, 58 carries on each side a lever 59, 60.
- the levers 59 serve to pivot the element 40, that is the head element.
- the lever 60 serve to pivot the element 43, so the foot element.
- the levers 59 and 60 are fastened with a first end 61 and 62, respectively, to the respective axis of rotation 57 or 58. With ends 63, 64 opposite the ends 61, 62, the levers 59, 60 are in contact with the elements 40, 43 to be pivoted.
- the end portion 53 of the coupling member 50 and the end 63 of the lever 59 engage the element 40 at a common point, namely at the joint 54 at.
- the joint 54 is therefore a double joint.
- the levers 59, 60 can be pivoted independently of each other by the drive 56.
- the coupling members 50 of the slatted frame 39 can in turn be designed in different ways. It is possible to form the coupling members 50 as a rod or rope. Reference is made to the comments on slatted base 20 according to FIGS. 1-8. If the coupling members 31, 50 formed as a rope, so its length is to be dimensioned such that when pivoted in the inclined position of the head elements (elements 22, 40), the rope is almost tight.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a slatted frame, in particular for a couch, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Slatted frames of the type mentioned are well known. The articulated elements of the slatted frame are used to support various body parts of a lying on the slatted person. A head and upper body supporting element is commonly referred to as a head element. An element supporting the feet and legs, on the other hand, is referred to as a foot element. Proceeding from this, the present invention is based on the problem to provide a slatted frame, on the one hand avoids the above-described disadvantage and on the other hand can be produced with little design effort.
This problem is solved by a slatted frame with the features of claim 1.
The invention is therefore based on the idea not to move the free end of the element to be pivoted on a circular path, but on a vertical path. The horizontal movement component of the free end, which usually arises during the pivoting of the element, is compensated for by the horizontal displaceability of the elements relative to the frame. In this context, the coupling element is important, which causes the horizontal displacement of the elements relative to the frame during pivoting of the element. This solution is particularly simple design effort.

The slatted frames shown in the drawing are mainly used in beds, hospital beds or the like. They serve to support a person lying on the couch or in a hospital bed.
Fig. 1 to 8 show a
The
The
The peculiarity of the
To ensure the horizontal displaceability of the
Characterized in that the
The
When pivoting the
In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, it is also possible that the
To give away the
The guide rails 33 have over the
The
The
The
The
The
Each of the axes of
Gemäß Fig. 9 bis 16 sind die Hebel 59 bzw. 60 mit einem ersten Ende 61 bzw. 62 an der jeweiligen Drehachse 57 bzw. 58 befestigt. 43 in Kontakt. According to FIGS. 9 to 16, the
The
