Abstract
Durch die Verwendung beliebiger Kaufelektronik zur Positionserfassung von Fahrzeugen muß mit der Möglichkeit von Ortungsfehlern gerechnet werden. Um zu einem Ortungsergebnis mit sicherheitsrelevantem Vertrauensintervall (SVIPo) zu gelangen, werden daher mehrere Einzelortungen vorgenommen, wobei die Vertrauensintervalle (VIP1, VIP2, VIPn) dieser Einzelortungsergebnisse durch Anwendung des fahrortabhängigen Vertrauensintervalls der Wegmessung fortgeschrieben werden, d. h. die Vertrauensintervalle der Einzelortungslösungen werden über die Zeit gesehen immer größer. Wenn genügend Ortungslösungen und damit Vertrauensintervalle vorliegen, werden diese daraufhin geprüft, ob sie in sich konsistent sind. Das nach Maßgabe des Vertrauensintervalls der relativen Wegmessung fortgeschriebene Vertrauensintervall des letzten als sicherheitsrelevant anerkannten Ortungsergebnisses wird dabei auf die oberen und unteren Grenzen der fortgeschriebenen Einzelvertrauensbereiche zurückgesetzt. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser zurückgesetzten Vertrauensintervallgrenzen ermittelt sich das Fahrzeug seinen tatsächlichen Fahrort jeweils durch wegabhängiges Fortschreiben dieser Werte unter zusätzlicher Berücksichtigung des Vertrauensintervalls der relativen Wegmessung.
