Description
Claims (10)
- Pince débrayable d'accouplement d'une charge à un câble porteur-tracteur d'une installation de transport à câble aérien, comprenant un corps de pince (10) s'étendant transversalement d'un côté du câble, en position accouplée à ce dernier, et portant une articulation (11) d'une suspente (12) de support de la charge, une mâchoire de serrage du câble, constituée par un mors fixe (13) porté par le corps de pince (10) et un mors mobile (14) articulé sur le mors fixe, un levier de commande (17) , qui est solidaire du mors mobile (14) et prolonge ce dernier en s'étendant et en se débattant dans un plan perpendiculaire au câble et contenant le corps de pince (10), pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture de la mâchoire, et au moins un ressort (23,24) sollicitant le levier de commande (17) en position de fermeture de la mâchoire, caractérisée en ce que ledit ressort est un ressort de flexion à lame (23,24), qui coopère d'une part avec le levier de commande (17) et d'autre part avec le corps de pince (10), ledit ressort à lame (23,24) s'étendant substantiellement dans ledit plan ou parallèlement à ce plan, et dans la direction générale du corps de pince et fournissant la force d'accouplement de la pince au câble.
- Pince selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'une des extrémités (25,26) de la lame de ressort (23,24) est ancrée rigidement sur le corps de pince (10), et que l'autre extrémité coopère, en autorisant un mouvement relatif limité, avec le levier de commande (17), ou inversement.
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lame (23,24) est en forme de demi-boucle, dont l'une des extrémités est ancrée au corps de pince (10), du côté opposé aux mors (13,14) et dont l'autre extrémité est ancrée au levier de commande (17) du côté du galet (20).
- Pince selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lame (23,24) est en forme de ressort de pince à linge, comportant une partie enroulée en tambour, dont les spires s'étendent dans des plans parallèles audit plan perpendiculaire au câble
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lame (23,24) est fixé au corps de pince (10) et au levier de commande (17) pour être chargé en bout, en étant en position quasi rectiligne à la fermeture des mors (13,14) et en position de flambage à l'ouverture des mors.
- Pince selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (23,24) porte dans sa partie médiane une pièce de commande (30) susceptible de coopérer avec un rail de commande (28), s'étendant le long de la trajectoire de déplacement de la pince, pour provoquer le flambage du ressort et l'ouverture des mors (13,14).
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lame (23,24) est arc-bouté par ses extrémités (25,26) sur le corps de pince (10) ou le levier de commande (17) et coopère par sa partie médiane respectivement avec le levier de commande (17) ou le corps de pince (10).
- Pince selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'une des extrémités (25) du ressort (23,24) est ancrée rigidement, tandis que l'extrémité opposée (26) est articulée à une biellette (34) de liaison articulée.
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que deux ressorts à lame (23,23') de courbure inverse sont associés par des liaisons articulées de leurs extrémités, pour former un ressort arc-bouté en ellipse et que la partie médiane de l'un des ressorts à lame (23') coopère avec le corps de pince (10) et la partie médiane de l'autre ressort à lame (23) coopère avec le levier de commande (17).
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux ressorts à lame (23,24) sont disposés symétriquement de part et d'autre du plan contenant le corps de pince (10) et le levier de commande (17), de façon à assurer la sécurité d'accouplement de la pince au câble et à répartir les efforts.
