Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Trocknung von Ziegel, insbesondere Dachziegel, bei dem auf sogenannten Paletten mit Abstand zueinander plazierte Ziegel zur Trocknung in einen Trockner gegeben werden und wobei der Trockner in eine Anlage zur Ziegelherstellung eingebunden ist.
Im Speziellen ist bei diesem neuen Verfahren vorgesehen, daß die Trocknung der Ziegel mehrphasig erfolgt, wobei der erste, im Trockner stattfindende, unvollständige Trocknungsprozeß in der zweiten Phase, vorzugsweise in einem dem Brennofen vorgelagerten Restwassertrockner, durch vorzugsweise konvektionell angeregte Ausdunstung abgeschlossen wird.

In particular, this new method provides for the bricks to be dried in multiple phases, the first incomplete drying process taking place in the dryer being completed in the second phase, preferably in a residual water dryer upstream of the kiln, by preferably convectionally excited evaporation.
