Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif démontable du type moyeu (« hub assembly ») pour la mise en rotation (« joumalling ») d'un rotor ou d'une turbine(4) (« impeller ») ou d'une extrémité d'un arbre de commande (3) dans un bâtiment de pompes (2) d'une unité de propulsion à jet d'eau pour la propulsion de navires, comprenant un logement du palier (8) dans lequel un manchon (9) est monté coaxialement (« joumalled ») pour la rotation, caractérisé en ce que le logement du palier (8), les paliers (10,11) et le manchon (9) forment ensemble un dispositif (6) intégré, séparé, qui, comme une seule unité est démontable à l'arrière à partir du bâtiment des pompes, sans avoir besoin de démonter le bâtiment des pompes, le rotor ou la turbine ou l'arbre de commande à partir du navire.
  2. Dispositif du type moyeu selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une cavité continue à travers le manchon (9) est adaptée à la forme de l'extrémité de l'arbre (3) et y est fixée de manière axiale et non-rotative.
  3. Dispositif du type moyeu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la cavité du manchon présente une section conique (9') avec un ajustage conique (« taper ») correspondant à celui de l'extrémité de l'arbre (3'), de telle manière que, lors du serrage d'un écrou de blocage (18) (« locking nut») sur l'extrémité de l'arbre, le manchon est fixé à l'extrémité de l'arbre par frottement («frictional engagement ») entre les surfaces coniques.
  4. Dispositif du type moyeu selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le logement du palier (8) présente une forme externe sensiblement droite ou effilée vers l'arrière (« stem »), de préférence cylindrique avec des moyens de fixation (19) s'étendant radialement pour fixer au moyen de boulons le logement du palier au côté arrière du stator de la pompe à jet d'eau (7).
