Abstract

Es wird eine hydraulische Steuereinrichtung (10) zur lastdruckunabhängigen Steuerung eines doppeltwirkenden Motors vorgeschlagen, die sich für eine versorgungsabhängige Ölstromaufteilung eignet und bei einfacher Bauweise höhere Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllt. Eine der Meßblende (22) nachgeschaltete Druckwaage (12) hat einen Drosselschieber (48), der von einem Rückschlagventil (42) getrennt ist. Eine LS-Druckleitung (55) ist über den Drosselschieber (48) und einen Kolbenabschnitt (30) des Steuerschiebers (25) entlastbar, wobei dieser als Vollschieber ohne innere Kanäle ausgeführt ist. Ein Sinken der Last am Motor wird bei Pumpendruckabfall oder Leckage im Steuerkreis unabhängig von den Druckverhältnissen an der Druckwaage (12) durch das Rückschlagventil (42) verhindert. Dabei läßt sich der Steuerschieber (25) mit einer zusätzlichen Freigangstellung (37) ausbilden.

A pressure compensator (12) connected downstream of the measuring orifice (22) has a throttle slide (48) which is separated from a check valve (42). An LS pressure line (55) can be relieved via the throttle slide (48) and a piston section (30) of the control slide (25), which is designed as a full slide without internal channels. The check valve (42) prevents the load on the motor from dropping in the event of a drop in pump pressure or leakage in the control circuit, regardless of the pressure conditions on the pressure compensator (12). The control slide (25) can be designed with an additional free position (37).
