Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device and a Process for the treatment of waste with organic Proportions, with at least one rotating crushing drum with heavy material discharge, the crushing drum at least one freely movable inside Has grinding media and the grinding media or media by means of a Separating device retained in the comminution drum will and will and the shredding drum one Retaining ring, the uncrushed waste up to Reaching a corresponding, predetermined particle size in the shredding drum holds back and in the area of an axis of rotation has two opposing openings.
For the treatment of waste with organic components, e.g. Organic waste, residual waste or household waste, before biological Treatment wet and dry processes are known. goal of Processing is to separate those components which interfere with the biological treatment process, the System technology damage or the quality of the resulting Affect products. This particularly affects metals, Glass, stones, sand, but also plastics, leather or the like Substances.
The most commonly used method for removing contaminants is the manual selection of these substances from the ones to be processed Waste. However, this procedure causes significant Personnel costs and is comparatively ineffective. In addition, this process is hygienically questionable.
There are also procedures for the automatic separation of contaminants known in which the so-called swim-sink separation is applied. In doing so, cloth solvers are used in the paper industry used for waste treatment customized. The apparatus used in this separation process are operated discontinuously. A disadvantage of this stand the technology is that such known systems a very have high energy consumption. The throughput of the also very expensive equipment is for static reasons and due to the discontinuous mode of operation to about 80 Limited tons per working day.
Doing so the waste is shredded with the help of a shredding device, the finely ground ingredients separated from the coarser components that are difficult or difficult to grind be separated. The finely ground fraction contains organic and inorganic components. Also in US-A-5 322 792 Processing device for waste described does not allow simple, fast and complete separation from inorganic and organic components of the to be processed Waste.
The object of the present invention is therefore a device and a method for processing waste organic components of the type mentioned at the beginning provide which is a fully automated and continuous Treatment of waste when using cheaper Apparatus and less energy consumption with simultaneous separation guaranteed of organic and inorganic components.
