Description

The present invention relates to an ice skating shoe with a high-shaft upper made of leather, textiles, plastics, metal or mesh structures, which is essentially one Has entry opening running parallel to the center of the foot.

For high-heeled shoes of conventional tongue construction and lacing, especially in Sports area, on the one hand relatively stiff upper parts are used, on the other hand the soles due to device attachment (sled / roller / ski boot) completely stiff. Even if the boarding edges are cut relatively far, this is insufficient for the space requirements in the ankle area counter, because the just cut edges diverge widely and so at Forward inclination of uncomfortable to painful pressure on the relatively hard edges Instep is exercised and - due to material tension - the ankle pressure also increases.

For leather, which also takes on the user's foot shape in a reinforced version therefore, the ankle area tends to bulge and wrinkle, which creates the risk of injury, on the other hand, only the old lacing method can be used because every other - due to leverage - causes material fatigue earlier would.

The reason for this behavior is not only the widening of the foot bones close to the joint, but in the trapezoidal plan of the ankle bone - widened to the front - and so the Ankle drifts apart as soon as template is created. That's why a trained athlete comes increased ankle space requirements, on the one hand because it is more powerful, on the other hand more often acts in submission. There are also increased sales-related skates for figure skating Sole blasting, which causes a general pre-positioning of the ankle.

Many remedies against this lack of fit have been tried in vain, such as additional lacing or stiffeners, or cuts on the laces. Because these measures but they didn’t save space, they were either blocking or fatiguing because too much flexion was made possible.

For example, US Pat. No. 5,371,957 discloses a construction in which the tab 22A in particular stiff leather applied, would only cause unnecessary pressure, at least because of it Edge design. In the case of any intent, beyond the curvature 3, 4 or their holes (in Fig. 2) pain would arise with leather material. The lead therefore shows no improvement Surface design that can be used with solid material of the entire upper part.

When executing the US-PS 4,780,969 with the aim of a specific distribution of traction the pull of the straps is located in the narrowest position at the top of the shoe and thus would result with stiff skate material also a pressure point. Furthermore corresponds this version does not have a space-consuming design or distribution with regard to pressure relief.

The protrusions of U.S. Patent 4,876,806, unspecified, relate only to the forefoot or Instep zone, and do not allow spherical adjustment. The latter also applies to the protrusions in the range of number 30 of Fig. 1 of U.S. Patent 4,972,613. The cuff of the latter Document would also cause unnecessary printing due to the border design would also and does not show any improved surface design that with solid material of the entire upper part is applicable.

The wavy structure of US Pat. No. 4,533,342 has its cause solely in the way of coping of space problems and especially affects only the forefoot.

In CH 181 838 A a high skate with lacing is described, in which the iron of the shoe, i.e. the skid, adjusted against the shoe in the transverse and longitudinal directions can be so that an optimal adaptation to the runner, e.g. also regarding the Heavy line is possible. The ice skate shows other peculiarities Not.

The aim of the present invention is to provide an ice skating shoe with an improved fit, where the obvious space problems listed above can be solved. This solution should be as simple and inexpensive as possible while maintaining previous ones Manufacturing methods can be implemented.

This goal is achieved on the basis of an ice skate of the type mentioned at the outset by that the border of the entry opening in the area immediately above the ankle at least on one side, preferably on both sides, a convex to the foot median plane has directed arcuate extension. Similar to cartographic ball developments this creates not only improved surface adaptation in an advantageous manner, the Material growth also allows a more rounded bend, reducing the pressure on ankles and closing strips decreases.

Preferably, a closure means for the shoe acts on this extension. Doing so the pull on the lace edges tangential and less radial resulting closing forces what also causes pressure relief.

In a preferred embodiment of the ice skating shoe according to the invention extends the extension or the extensions starting approximately along 15 mm below the edge of the shaft of the upper third of the shaft. In an ice skate, in which the closure means a Lacing which is over closure parts, e.g. Attacks holes or hooks on the shoe results a preferred embodiment, in which the arcuate extensions on the one hand from the second closure part to the fourth closure part or to the first above of the hinge zone extending closure part, preferably at least one closure part is arranged in the central section of the essentially symmetrical extension and the closure parts arranged in the region of the end sections of the extension both inside or can be arranged outside the extension. In this version there is therefore at least one closure part (hooks, eyes, rivets) approximately in the middle of the quoted Extension where it produces real tangential traction. More locking parts inside or outside the edge areas of the extension, on the other hand, cause traction lines to be more vertical and horizontal alignment preferably assigned to the forefoot and lower leg, whereby the movement center is localized. A dimensioning suitable for practical conditions the extensions result from the fact that the arch-shaped design on both sides Extensions of the edges project approximately 12 mm. Furthermore, there is Within the scope of the present invention the possibility that the extensions of the edges are larger or at least can be overlapping to the extent that the closure parts when closing do not hinder.

To achieve a better anatomical adaptation of the effect of the processes, the Processes according to the anatomical conditions and their intended use be arranged or formed asymmetrically both in the transverse and in the longitudinal direction of the shoe. In practice it is advantageous if the extensions are underlaid by the tongue and this has a specific lining or padding for this purpose. Alternatively the extensions can also be on an inner shoe or a padding section Cuff can be arranged lying on.

For example, eyelets, hooks, rivets, fittings, Welding, gluing or seams can be provided, which is at least simple are provided within the extensions. Likewise, to improve the invention Effect of the projections can be provided that this from a congruent tape or Cuff part extension are at least partially covered, which or which the closure parts sectionally takes over or has its own additional closure parts.

The inner surfaces of the extensions can have linings at least where none Closure parts are attached. Furthermore, within the scope of the present invention Possibility that the extensions at least in the lower area at a transverse gap of the closure edge end or merge into one to enhance the effect of the extensions. An improvement in the adaptation of the extensions can be achieved in that the extensions are designed to be adjustable for the purpose of individual adaptation by means of toothings, Eccentric or screw connection and for this purpose a flexible or elastic one Have inner lining or padding.
